Abstract

The decoiler has a long tubular steel frame (3) and a short tubular steel frame (4) retained with each other by pins. A steel rotation axle (1) maintains an electric cable reel, where the electric cable reel has diameter of 60 cm and width of 65 cm. A strap (5) for adjusting and maintaining the frames handles the cable reel, where the cable reel is placed in the center of the decoiler.
