Abstract

The garment has two joint parts (1, 1') for covering lower limb of the person, and joint parts fixation units provided at free ends of the joint parts. La présente invention à pour objet un vêtement, notament pour les personnes qui se déplacent en fauteuil roulant ou alité, plus particulièrement destinée à couvrir les membres inférieurs. Les personnes déficentes ou étant paralysées des membres inférieurs ont des difficultées à enfiler un vêtement, ils ont parfois recours à une aide exterieur. De plus ces personnes peuvent aussi disposer de problème d'incontinence, d'où l'utilisation de protections absorbantes demandant une fréquence de changes réguliers. Ces personnes trouvent dans le commerce des vêtements traditionnels ou adaptés. Ces vêtements génèrent malgrés tout de nombreux inconvenients. En effet, outre les difficultés qu'elles rencontrent pour enfiler ces vêtements alors qu'elles sont assises ou couchées, et d'autant plus qu'elles sont atteintes d'un handicap, ces personnes sont confrontées à enlever leurs vêtements pour utiliser le siège des toilettes ou changer de protection incontinente cela est une pratique difficile et au fait que lesdits vêtements ne sont pas expréssement prévus que pour cela. Pour pallier aux inconvenients d'enfilage des vêtements, il a été proposé des vêtements adaptés se présentant notamment sous la forme de pantalon ayant les parties de chaques jambes capables de se rabattre sur chacune d'elle après que ladite personne se soie assise tel que l'exemple décrit dans le document FR 2859879, par contre cette ouverture demande un déplacement des jambes et crée des difficultés d'accès d'ouverture pour aller aux toilettes ou changer de protection. On connnait également par le document JP 10102304 un pantalon avec un principe de deux ouvertures qui permettent de libérer les jambes par une ouverture démarrant sur le devant de la ceinture. Dans un principe similaire le document US5008962 permet de devoiler la taille et les jambes par un système d'ouvertures adjacentes devant et dos, mais ces deux techniques demandent un geste difficile pour les ouvrir en position assise et ne permettent pas un accès au siège des toilettes sans enlever entièrement le pantalon. On connnait également par le document JP 9031723 un pantalon comprenant une partie qui permet de découvrir la zone périnéal par deux ouvertures qui descendent partiellement sur la partie du devant des jambes. Ce vêtement présente l'inconvenient de ne pas pouvoir être gardé sur le siège des toilettes lors de ses besoins. On notera qu'il est également connu, par le document JP 2006233401 un vêtement qui permet une ouverture facile pour l'accès aux toilettes et pour le change de protection incontinente, cet article est un sous-vetement donc il n'a pas la capacité de protéger entièrement les jambes. Par ailleurs, pour tenter de pallier les inconvénients concernant l'accés aux toilettes le document US 4785480 dispose d'une fente au niveau de la zone périnéale permettant cette action sans enlever le pantalon, mais sa surface d'ouverture est limitée et sa prise en main est difficile, de plus il faut déplacer les jambes ce qui pose un incovénient pour les personnes paralysée de ces membres. Si de tels vêtements présentent effectivement des avantages d'enfilage par rapport à des vêtements classiques, ils sont toutefois limités dans leurs usages. Car cette action d'enfilage en position assise ou couché est possible avec certain des inconvenients se présentent par un déplacement des jambes pour ouvrir et ne permettent pas en plus un accés facile à la zone périnéal pour leur passage aux toilettes ou lors d'un change de protection urinaire.
