Description

Skirt and trousers convenient to put on and take off
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothes, in particular to trousers and a skirt convenient to put on and take off.
Background
Putting on and taking off trousers is difficult for many people in many scenes. People need to put one leg into a long trouser leg firstly and then put the other leg on the trouser leg, so that the trousers can be put on. This process can be faced with several difficulties. Firstly, the leg has the longest bone in the human body, and the wearing of the trousers requires specific movements of the leg; secondly, when wearing one side of the trouser legs, the other one foot is needed to keep balance. In addition, the trousers cannot be worn with shoes in the process of wearing the trousers, otherwise the trousers are dirty or the trouser legs cannot be penetrated, but the shoes are inconvenient to take off or are not polite in many cases. Therefore, there is a need for pants that can be worn and taken off without having to lift the legs off the ground.
Split pants, which are often worn by basketball players, are one example of such pants. The pants have two closable openings extending longitudinally through the pants. The openings are open from the waist top to the leg opening edges, typically one on the left side of the pants and one on the right side of the pants. The waistband is divided into a front part and a back part. When a sealable opening is opened, the leg can be completely detached from the trousers; when the openings on both sides are opened, the trousers can be directly taken off from the body. Although such pants are convenient to take off, they are inconvenient to wear. Wearing such trousers requires the following steps to be performed in standing position:
(1) placing the front piece of trousers in front of the body and the back piece of trousers behind the body;
(2) closing the first opening;
(3) closing the second opening.
These steps are awkward.
Step (1) is an unusual action requiring one hand to secure the front panel in front of the body, then passing the back panel through the crotch to the back, and holding the back panel with the other hand to place it in the proper position.
Step (2), closing the first opening, is also difficult because it requires two hands to operate cooperatively. When both hands close the first opening, the other side of the trousers may fall off, the trousers may be difficult to remain on the person, and sometimes a portion of the trousers may fall onto the floor and get dirty. The problem with split pants is that two connections need to be made at the waist to form a closed pants waist loop.
Us patent 5,008,962 proposes a pair of trousers having two closable openings extending from the upper waist opening to the edges of the legs. It differs from the split pants described above in that the top of the two openings is located closer to the front center. However, it still separates the waist of the trousers into two parts, namely front and back, and has the same problem as split trousers when the trousers are worn.
Us patent 6,108,815 proposes a combination of a pair of trousers and a jacket. While such garments can be worn without the feet off the ground, such garments are not suitable for users who only require pants.
Us patent 8,161,573 proposes a pair of trousers that are connected to front and rear panels of the trousers by means of hook and loop fasteners (Velcro). The separate and independent two-piece structure is not only inconvenient to wear, but also brings difficulty to storage and carrying.
Thus, there is a need for pants and skirts that solve the above problems and avoid the above disadvantages.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a pair of trousers which can be conveniently put on and taken off and keep both feet standing on the ground. One reason for the ease of donning and doffing the pants of the present invention is that only one connection is required to form a closed waist. The closed waist of the pants enables the pants to be securely and securely fastened to the wearer's waist without falling to the ground, thereby freeing both hands for other operations.
The present invention has a number of applications. Firstly, the trousers can be worn when shoes, boots, skis, skating shoes or skis are worn; secondly, trousers can be worn quickly; another application is to conveniently wear a second pair of pants outside the inner pair of pants. Since the inner pants will generally be rolled up in the legs of the outer pants when the second pants are worn.
Another object of the present invention is to enable convenient use of the pockets of the pants therein when the pants of the present invention are worn on the outside. Many people store personal articles such as keys, purses, mobile phones and the like in the trousers inside, and can take the articles from the pockets of the trousers inside, so that convenience is provided for wearers.
It is another object of the present invention to provide additional warming functionality. In situations where the temperature difference is large, such as in winter indoor and outdoor environments, it is desirable for a person to be more warm when going outdoors. Wearing such pants would provide additional insulation for any insulation that the person already provides indoors. The pair of trousers which can be worn and taken off quickly and conveniently is suitable for providing an additional warm-keeping function for a wearer in the scene.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a means of heat dissipation and ventilation when the wearer is cooling due to elevated ambient temperatures or increased amounts of human exercise.
Another object of the invention is to improve the wear resistance of the trousers. This can improve the life of the trousers. Partial activity can cause wear on certain parts of the garment, for example, during skiing, the inside of the leg opening of the trouser leg can be worn by the sharp edge of the ski.
It is another object of the present invention to provide good wind, rain and snow protection to achieve stable thermal insulation.
Some women like to wear a thin skirt, which is not suitable for outdoor wearing in winter. Another feature of the present invention is to provide a skirt that can be worn on the outer layer of another skirt and can wrap both lower legs simultaneously to enhance the heat-insulating property.
The following disclosure describes various exemplary embodiments for implementing different features of the inventive subject matter. Specific examples of components and structural arrangements are described to simplify the present disclosure. Of course, these examples are not intended to limit the present invention. In the following description, the terms left, right, front, etc. are used with respect to the wearer of the garment. The following description generally describes only a single-sided component, and symmetrical, mirror-image component placement is equally within the scope of the appended claims. Examples of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates the wearing process of pants 102 in an example of the present invention. The pants 102 are configured as shown in fig. 1A. It has a waist 104, a left leg (also referred to as "first leg" or "second leg") and a right leg (also referred to as "second leg" or "first leg"), each having a zipper thereon that can be closed. The two zippers are unzipped in FIG. 1A. As shown, the left leg has a separating zipper with two sides 114, 115 and the right leg has a separating zipper with two sides 112, 113. The waist 104 has two ends. The first end is provided with a connecting strap 106 that extends from near the intersection of the waist 104 and the right side 113 of the right leg zipper. The shape of the connecting band is shown as close to a constant width rectangle, but its width may also vary, for example a narrowing trapezoid with a larger width at the intersecting sides than at the free ends, which shape makes it easier to align the front region of the trousers. The shape of the connection band is not fixed. The connecting band 106 is provided with a part 108 of a fastener near its free end. The second end of the waist 104 is attached to the top of the left side 115 of the left leg zipper, which has a mating part 110 of the fastener 108. The fastener may be a snap fastener, as shown at 108 and 110, but may be other types of fasteners used in garments, such as snaps, velcro, buckles, shelves, ties, hooks, and the like. When the fasteners 108 and 110 are fastened, a closed waist 104 is formed. The trousers have two long closable openings, one on each of the two legs. The two openings extend through the entire length of the pants 102 from the waist 104 to the leg openings 118 and 120. The two closable openings are formed by two long zipper zippers, the right leg being zippers 112, 113 and the left leg being zippers 114, 115. When the two zippers are zipped, the opening is closed. The pants also have a front crotch portion 116. After the waist 104 forms a closed loop, the upper edge of the front crotch portion 116 is lifted into alignment with the web 106. The right edge (also referred to as the "first side edge" or "second side edge") of the front crotch portion 116 is a portion of the left side 112 of the right long opening or a portion of the left side 112 of the right zipper. The left edge (also referred to as the "second side edge" or "first side edge") of the front crotch portion 116 is a portion of the right side 114 of the left long opening. The underside of the front crotch portion 116 is attached to the remainder of the pants.
As shown in fig. 1B-1D, the step of wearing the pants 102 via arrows 1, 2, 3, 4 can include: step (1) the waist 104 is wrapped around the wearer's waist and the fasteners 108 and 110 are fastened together to form a closed waist loop. Placing the closed waist of the pant over the waist of the wearer to free the wearer's hands for other tasks including step (2). Step (2) pulling the front crotch part 116 upwards to the front of the trousers, and aligning the upper edge of the front crotch part 116 with the connecting belt 106 of the waist 104; step (3) closing the left closable opening from the waist 104 to the left foot opening 120 by closing the long zippers 114 and 115; step (4) closes the right closable opening from the waist 104 to the right foot opening 118 by closing the long zippers 112, 113.
It is possible to close the long opening first with the left side closed or first with the right side closed. In fig. 1, the closable long opening is closed with a zipper. In practice, other fasteners or other fastener arrays may be used for closing, such as a row of hooks, a row of buttons and holes, velcro, etc. As can be seen from FIG. 1 and the above description, the wearing of pants 102 allows the wearer's feet to be kept from moving off the ground throughout the process. Thus, the wearer does not need to balance a single foot while lifting one and placing it into the leg of a conventional pair of pants. The wearer may also wear a snowboard with shoes throughout the entire donning process. Meanwhile, the trousers can be worn easily by one person without the assistance of other people, and parts of the trousers cannot fall on the floor.
The process of removing the pants is the reverse of wearing the pants and has the same advantages as the wearing process. The positions of the closable openings in fig. 1 are symmetrical to each other and are approximately at the front center of each leg. Symmetry is aesthetically advantageous, but not required; the position of the opening in the center of the leg can be convenient for the wearer to use without excessively twisting the body. The opening position may be different from the position shown in fig. 1. They can be located in more concealed positions, for example inside the legs, so that the appearance of the trousers is more popular. The offset position can reduce the bending of the opening when the leg is bent. In some applications, the wearer may need to kneel on a hard surface, in which case the offset position can reduce or eliminate contact between the knee and the opening. The knee position can be particularly reinforced to enhance the durability of the pants. When the openings are on the outside, the connecting band 106 will need to be longer to bridge the distance between the two openings, and the length of the connecting band will be about half the circumference of the closed waist ring. In another example, the two openings are not symmetrical, and each side is more susceptible to independent structural designs, such as pockets. The pants can also be designed as a sandwich, for example, a three-layer structure, with the outer layer being a shell, the middle layer being an insulation layer, and the inner layer being a liner. Such a three-layer structure is well suited for use in cold environments, and the outer layer may have water-or water-repellent properties.
In another example, the closing of the closable opening starts from the lower end of the opening. In this example, step 2 is not required. After the two openings are closed, i.e., step 3 and step 4 are completed, the front crotch portion 116 will automatically align with the connecting band 106 of the waist 104. The proposal can open the opening at the same time, pull down the front upper part of the trousers for urination, and is very convenient, especially under the condition without the front fly.
In another example, the closable opening may be closed from both sides of the waist opening and leg opening using a dual-post open zipper. This embodiment can be opened in the middle when the upper and lower ends of the opening are closed, which is advantageous for the body to discharge excessive heat and can provide more space for the knee movement.
The length of the trousers is not constant up to the ankle position, but may be shorter. Such as to the lower leg or to the middle of the thigh.
Fig. 2A is another exemplary pant 202 of the present invention. The closable opening is closed upward from leg openings 218 and 220 by zippers 212 and 214. The front crotch portion 216 has a button hole 232 at the middle of the upper opening thereof, and the button hole is matched with a button 234 to fasten the connecting belt 206 extending from the waist 204 on the front crotch portion 206, so as to facilitate the alignment of the front crotch portion 216 and the connecting belt 206. It is also provided with a front fly 202, which provides convenience for urination. There are also several short openings 222, 224, 226 and 228 in this example, some or all of which may be between 5 cm and 45 cm in length and may be closed with a fastener such as a zipper. In practical application, a zipper with waterproof or water-proof performance can be selected. The provision of a short opening can facilitate the use of the pocket of the pants inside when the pants 202 are worn as outer pants. The short diagonal openings 222 and 224 are located in the front upper portion of the legs and are capable of extending the hands through them into pockets of the inner pants, which may be jeans with pockets located in the middle upper portion and with the openings facing upward, or loose pants with pockets located on the sides and accessed from the sides. Short openings 226 and 228 are located in the rear upper portion of the legs through which the hands can be extended into the rear pockets of the pants inside. Another application for the short openings 222, 224, 226, and 228 is for heat dissipation, and in addition, these short openings may be used as entrances to actual pockets for storage of personal items, with some or all of the pockets being closable by fasteners such as zippers. On the inner back of the waist 204 there is a hanging tab 230 which can be used to hang the trousers on a rack.
The use of flaps to cover the long and short openings 212, 214, 222, 224, 226 and 228 and the connectors thereon has the following advantages: better thermal insulation properties, preventing the ingress of water, ice, snow and moisture; concealing fasteners such as zippers to enhance aesthetics. Fig. 2B and 2C are two different structural designs. Fig. 2B is a symmetrical flap configuration. Flaps 244 and 246 cover zipper 242 symmetrically for a symmetrical aesthetic. FIG. 2C is a single side flap configuration with flap 264 covering zipper 262 from one side of the zipper, which is a more convenient method of manufacture.
Figure 3 shows the structural design of a new waist closed loop of the present invention. The waist is formed into a closed loop by two fasteners 318 and 320, rather than one. Some of the components of the fasteners 318 and 320 are located near the free end of the connecting band 306 of the waist 304. The connecting strap 306 extends from the top end of the long zipper 312 on the right leg. The other components of the fasteners 318 and 320 are located at the end of the waist 304 near the top of the long zipper 314 on the left leg. When fastener 318 is a snap and fastener 320 is a hook and loop fastener, the snap provides precise point-to-point alignment and the loop and loop fastener allows for non-precise alignment. This combination provides redundancy, allowing the pants to function properly in the event of failure of one of the fasteners. Other combinations or numbers of fasteners are still within the scope of the claims.
Figure 4 illustrates a waist size adjustment mechanism of the present invention. The adjustment of the waist size can meet the requirements of different wearers and the same wearer at different times. The back of the waist 402 is provided with elastic 414, which elastic 414 is capable of accommodating waist sizes of different wearers. The left side of the waist 402 has a magic tape 420 that can be used to adjust the size of the waist of the trousers. The cover flap 418 forms a channel for a portion of the adjustment strap 416 to enhance its aesthetic appearance. Magic tape 420 can assist in adjusting waist elasticity.
Figure 5 illustrates another waist size adjustment mechanism of the present invention. The back of the waist 502 is provided with an elastic band 514, and the elastic band 514 can adapt to the waist size of different wearers. The left side of the waist portion has a buckle 518 that can be used to adjust the size of the waist 502, the buckle 518 being capable of one-handed operation. The right side of the waist may have a similar snap design.
Figure 6 illustrates another waist size adjustment mechanism of the present invention. The buckle 604 is disposed near the upper opening of the front crotch portion 610. The buckle can be operated with a single hand to adjust the size of the waist 614. The adjustment mechanisms shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6 may be used in combination, in whole or in part. The use of other adjustment mechanisms and combinations thereof is also within the scope of the claims. The adjustment of the waist size is usually done after the first time the pant is worn, and after adjustment, there is usually no need for readjustment unless the waist size of the wearer changes.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the foot opening of the right leg in the present invention. The long zipper 708 on the right leg runs from the waist to the foot opening 702. The inner side of the foot opening close to the front of the human body is provided with a reinforcing sheet 706, and the fabric has good wear resistance. The reinforcing panel 706 improves the resistance of the cuff portion of the pants to cutting and scratching by other objects, particularly the sharp edges of a snowboard or when riding a bicycle. The hem 702 is provided with a drawstring 704 capable of adjusting the tightness of the foot opening, so as to prevent foreign matters such as dust, snow powder and the like from entering. The drawstring 704 may be a combination of elastic bands and adjustment buckles in a channel around the foot opening.
Figure 8 shows a schematic view of the unfolding structure of the leg openings of the trousers in the invention. The leg openings of the trousers are provided with air-proof openings 814 and leg opening reinforcements 808. The upper opening 810 of the air-proof opening 814 is sewn to the inside of the trouser leg 804. A hook and loop fastening surface 812 is attached to the left side of the air-proof opening 814, and a hook and loop fastening surface 816 is attached to the right side. The lower opening of the air-tight opening 814 is an elastic ribbon 818. When the hook surface 812 is fixed on the wool surface 816, the wind-proof opening is formed into a cylinder shape, the elastic band 818 is stretched around the boot or ankle part, and the lower opening is closed, so that the functions of snow prevention, soil prevention or water prevention and the like are realized. The leg openings 808 are reinforced by the wrapping edges, so that the wear-resisting property is good, and the durability of the trousers is improved.
Fig. 9 is another exemplary pant of the present invention. The pair of pants includes a left leg and a right leg (also referred to as a first leg and a second leg); two long closable openings, a first closable long opening 920 and a second closable long opening 922, intersect the front flap opening at the crotch bottom. The closable elongated openings extend to the foot openings 924 and 926. The front opening 918 extends from the front center of the waist 904 to the crotch. The steps of wearing the pair of trousers are as follows: step (1) the waist 904 is wrapped around the body and the fasteners 916 are fastened to form a waist loop. Placing the closed waist of pants on the waist of the wearer to free the wearer's hands for performing other tasks including step (2); step (2) closing the front opening 918 may be performed by top-down closing or bottom-up closing. When the trousers are closed from bottom to top, a wearer can urinate like wearing conventional trousers, so that the trousers are more convenient to select; step (3) closing the closable long opening 920 or 922; step (4) closes another closable opening 922 or 920.
As can be seen in FIG. 9 and the above description, the wearing of pants 102 allows the wearer's feet to be kept from moving off the ground throughout the process. Thus, the wearer does not need to balance a single foot while lifting one and placing it into the leg of a conventional pair of pants. The wearer may also wear a snowboard with shoes throughout the entire donning process. Meanwhile, the trousers can be worn easily by one person without the assistance of other people, and the trousers cannot fall on the floor. The process of removing the pants is the reverse of wearing the pants and has the same advantages as the wearing process. The closable short openings 906, 908, 910, and 912 have other functions, such as entering the underwear pocket and dissipating heat from the body. In practice, the waist 904 may be made of elastic to adjust waist size. A plurality of waist tabs 930 may be provided on the waist 904 to facilitate use of the waist belt. The whole pant may also be of a sandwich design, for example a three layer design, with the outer layer being the shell, the middle layer being the insulation and the inner layer being the liner.
Fig. 10 is another example of the present invention. The lower opening of the conventional skirt is open, and the lower leg of the wearer is exposed to the air. The skirt designed by the invention can wrap the shank and is easy to put on and take off. Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a skirt 1002 having a configuration that includes a skirt waist 1008, a skirt body 1032, a front middle panel 1018, a skirt bottom 1020, a left leg 1022 (also referred to as a first leg or a second leg) and a right leg 1024 (also referred to as a second leg or a first leg). The skirt web 1008 has an attachment band 1006 on one end with fastener elements 1010 thereon and the other end of the skirt web 1008 has mating fastener elements 1030. The legs 1022 and 1024 have the function of heat preservation, and the skirt bottom 1020 can block cold air outside, reduce convection and preserve heat of thighs and crotch. Most of the skirt waist 1008 and the upper opening of the front middle piece 1018 are provided with elastic bands for adjusting the waist size. The adjustment of the waist size can also be achieved by other methods, such as magic tape, clothes hooks, buttons, buckles, and the like. When the skirt 1002 hangs from the shelf, the front middle portion 1018 may fall, thereby increasing the length of the garment. The hook and loop fastener matt surface 1016 is arranged below the upper opening of the front crotch part, and when the garment is hung, the hook and loop fastener matt surface 1016 can be fixed on the hook and loop fastener surface 1004 on the back surface, so that the total hanging length of the garment is shortened.
In addition to good thermal insulation properties, the skirt 1002 can be worn on the outside in a skirt shape without deforming the inside. In this application, the length of the skirt body 1032 should be longer than the inner skirt to provide additional thermal insulation without changing the dressed state of the inner skirt when the wearer enters a cold environment from a warm environment, such as from indoors to outdoors in winter.
The steps of wearing the skirt are as follows: step (1) wraps the skirt 1008 around the wearer and fastens the fasteners 1010 and 1030 to form a skirt loop. Placing the closed skirt waist over the waist of the wearer so that the wearer is free of both hands to perform other tasks including step (2); step (2) pulling the front middle sheet 1018 upward to the front upper part of the crotch, wherein the upper edge of the front middle sheet 1018 is aligned with the waist connecting belt 1006; step (3) closing one of the closable openings 1012 (also referred to as a first closable opening or a second closable opening) or 1014 (also referred to as a second closable opening or a first closable opening) from above downward; step (4) repeat step (3) for another closable opening 1014 or 1012.
As can be seen from figure 10 and the above description, the wearing of the skirt allows the wearer's feet not to leave the ground during the entire process. The wearer may wear the shoe throughout the entire donning process. Meanwhile, the skirt can be easily worn by one person without the assistance of other people. The process of taking off the skirt is the reverse of wearing the skirt and has the same advantages as the wearing process. The positions of the closable openings in fig. 10 are symmetrical to each other and are approximately at the front center of each leg. The symmetry is good for beauty, the opening position is in the center of the leg, which is convenient for the wearer to use, and the body does not need to be twisted excessively. The closable opening in one embodiment is closed with a concealed zipper to enhance the aesthetics of the wearer. In another embodiment, the skirt is a partial or full skirt having a sandwich design, such as a three-layer design, with the outer layer being a shell layer, the middle layer being an insulating layer, and the inner layer being a lining. The three-layer structure is suitable for use in cold environments.
Fig. 11 shows another example of pants 1102 according to the present invention. It has a waist 1104, a left leg (also referred to as a "first leg" or "second leg") and a right leg (also referred to as a "second leg" or "first leg"). The waist 1104 has two ends, a first end having a first connecting band 1106 extending from about the intersection of the waist 1104 and the right side of the zipper 1112 on the right leg; at the second end is a second strap 1108, the strap 1108 extending from the skirt waist 1104 and near the intersection of the zipper 1114 of the left leg. The first strap 1106 is provided with fastener elements 1110 near its free end and the second strap 1108 is provided with mating fastener elements 1122. The fasteners may be buttons 1110 and eyelets 1122 as shown, or may be other types of fasteners. When the buttons 1110 and 1122 are engaged, a closed waist 1104 is formed. The trousers have a closable elongated opening in the middle of each of the legs, extending from the waist 1104 to the leg openings 1118 and 1120, extending through the entire length of the trousers. The closable long opening is made up of a right leg long zipper 1112 and a left leg long zipper 1114. The opening is closed when the two zippers are zipped. The pants also have a front crotch portion 1116 and after the waist 1104 forms a closed loop, the upper edge of the front crotch portion 1116 is lifted to align the two fastening straps 1106 and 1108. The right edge (also referred to as the "first side edge" or "second side edge") of the front crotch portion 1116 is a portion of the left side of the right long opening, and the left edge (also referred to as the "second side edge" or "first side edge") is a portion of the right side of the left long opening, with the underside thereof being joined to the remainder of the pant.
In the present invention, various fabrics can be used to make trousers or skirts. These fabrics include fabrics used in ordinary pants, including fabrics made from natural and synthetic fibers, such as cotton, polyester, nylon, and the like. The fabric may be selected according to the intended use of the pant. For example, rain and snow pants may be chosen from waterproof or splash-proof fabrics; the windproof trousers can be made of windproof fabrics; the pants may be selected from strong fabrics such as nylon. The wadding of the trousers can be conventional and common wadding including goose down, duck down, synthetic insulating fiber, etc.
Various styles of pants can be designed according to the present invention, including but not limited to jeans, snow pants, ski pants, rain pants, multipurpose pants, front pants, and the like. Different styles of pants can be selected with cuts, pockets and accessories appropriate to their application.
