Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de régulation de la température à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment, dont les murs comprennent une paroi microporeuse interne séparée d'une paroi thermiquement isolante externe par une lame d'air, le dispositif comprenant des moyens (22) de traitement de l'information pilotant des moyens (30) de commande de moyens (32) de circulation d'air extérieur entre les deux parois des murs du bâtiment pour, en fonction des conditions climatiques, réguler la température et l'hygrométrie dans le bâtiment par absorption d'une partie de l'humidité de l'air extérieur ou absorption d'une partie de l'humidité de la paroi interne microporeuse des murs du bâtiment.
