Abstract
PURPOSE: To contrive to save the energy for cooling and heating, to improve the drying state of the house and to lengthen the service life of the house by a constitution wherein air layers are provided in the inside of the wall of the house, through which blow ports with the port cover capable of opening and closing at will arranged underfloor are constituted to communicate with exhaust ports with the port cover capable of freely opening and closing arranged in an attic.
CONSTITUTION: A primary and a secondary air layers 4 and 6 are formed, with a sound absorbing material 5 therebetween, between the outer heat insulating material 3 of the wall of the house and the inner sound insulating wall 7. The upper and lower ends of the air layers 4 and 6 are opened to communicate to the blow ports 8 arranged underfloor and to the exhaust ports 9 arranged in the attic respectively. The port cover capable of opening and closing at will is respectively fitted to each of the blow ports 8 and the exhaust ports 9. Due to the constitution described above, the interception of the intrusion of the outside temperature from outdoor, the dissipation of the indoor temperature to outdoor and as well as the increase of the drying state of the house are possible by ventilating the primary and the secondary air layers 4 and 6 with cold air or hot air. Accordingly, the saving of energy for cooling and heating, the elongation of the service life of the house and as well as the improvement of the sanitary state of the house are obtained.
