Abstract

The device has a pivoting roller placed at an end of an opening frame following an upward slope of an opening. An upper hinge pin is centered in two directions to permit a rotation of the upper pin, while allowing tilting of a metallic post side base by a lower hinge pin. The lower hinge pin is articulated on three axles (3-5) and provided with a cylindrical or square shaped extensible arm (6). The roller, and the upper and lower hinge pins permit opening of a doorway or a gate in the upward slope.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant l'ouverture d'un portail ou d' une grille de masse importante dans une pente montante . L'ouverture de portails ou de grilles se fait traditionnellement dans un plan parfaitement horizontal sur toute la surface couverte par l' ouverture de ses ouvrants . Certaines grilles utilisent des gonds spéciaux permettant , avec une faible amplitude , de monter sur l'axe des gonds afin de compenser un léger dénivelé . Les hauteurs gagnées ne sont que de deux à trois centimètres . Une autre solution consiste à désaxer le gond supérieur et le gond inférieur. Mais cette solution ne permet , là aussi qu'une faible amplitude de monter l'extrémité de l' ouvrant . Un gros défaut de cette solution est qu'en position de fermeture ( position la plus souvent utilisée) la grille ne se trouve pas dans un plan parfaitement vertical .( Ce qui nuit à l' esthétique d'une grille) . Le dispositif selon l' invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients . 15 Il se compose de trois éléments. - Une roue pivotante fig. 1 et fig. 2 page 1/11 ; fig . 24 à 26 page 11/11 . - Un gond supérieur placé en haut de l'ouvrant fig .3 à 7 pages 2 à 4/11 ; fig . 20 et 22 page 10/11 - Un gond inférieur placé en bas de l'ouvrant fig .8 à 15 pages 5 à 8/11 ; fig . 21 et 23 20 page 10/11 . La fig. 1 page 1/11 représente la grille ouverte à 90° . La fig. 2 page 1/11 ; fig . 26 page 11/11 représente la grille fermée . La roulette pivotante effleure le sol sans pour autant maintenir la grille ; celle - ci ne prenant pas appui sur la roulette pour être dans un plan horizontal .De plus la roulette 25 doit pouvoir se mouvoir dans tous les sens , donc le logement prévu à cet effet doit donner tout l'espace nécessaire à un pivotement libre . La rotation classique autour de l'axe (1 ) s'est effectuée, 35 ajoutée d'un basculage vertical montant grâce au pivot (2) .
