Abstract

The device has a compensation spacer (1) made of magnetic or magnetized rigid material and comprising a central hole (12). An internal metallic projection of a rail (3) is located at the level of a fixation hole and is housed in a counterbore for positioning the spacer, when the spacer is placed on a point to be installed inside the rail. The counterbore is provided at the level of the central hole. The width of the spacer is less than that of the rail.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un système d'entretoise destiné à être installé dans le creux des rails servant à la construction d'étagères dans la majorité des cas. En effet tous ces rails en forme de U venant s'appliquer sur une surface plane avec des vis et chevilles ont l'inconvénient, lors du vissage des vis, d'assurer une traction sur les dites chevilles entraînant une sortie partielle des dites chevilles à l'intérieur même du rail de sorte que, quelle que soit la cheville, celle-ci perd la moitié de son efficacité d'ancrage dans la paroi et de maintien de la vis. Le système selon l'invention a pour but d'apporter une efficacité totale aux chevilles aussi bien dans les parois pleines que dans les parois creuses. En effet, dans une paroi pleine, lors du vissage la cheville est aspirée jusqu'au fond du U du rail et l'embout de celle-ci ne peut en aucun cas remplir son rôle et, dans une paroi creuse, si les chevilles à expansion à déformation préalable, ne ressortent pas du matériau, par contre elles emmènent avec elles la paroi creuse et font ainsi un dégât irrécupérable sur le blocage des rails. A cet effet l'invention a pour objet un dispositif destiné à assurer un montage stable et solide des rails supports d'étagères ou de consoles appliqués sur des surfaces murales ou autres caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'au moins une entretoise de compensation qui possède un trou central pourvu d'un évidement d'entrée en partie supérieure à la manière d'un fraisage de façon à ce que le trou de fixation du rail qui possède à l'intérieur une protubérance s'encastre parfaitement dans le trou fraisé de la dite entretoise facilitant son positionnement. Selon d'autres caractéristiques : - les bords latéraux supérieurs de l'entretoise destinée à venir en fond de rail sont chanfreinés pour permettre une installation stable en fond de rail. - l'entretoise se présente sous la forme d'un bloc polygonal dont l'épaisseur est 25 prévue légèrement inférieure à la profondeur intérieure du rail de façon à compenser l'éventuelle épaisseur de la tête de la cheville. - l'entretoise présente une largeur légèrement inférieure à la largeur du rail de façon à ce que son introduction soit facile. -l'entretoise présente une longueur inférieure à l'espace entre deux fentes situées 30 de par et d'autre d'un trou de fixation du rail de façon à ne pas encombrer les fentes recevant les consoles, étagères s'accrochant au rail. - elle est réalisée en matériau rigide magnétique ou magnétisée au moins sur sa face avant de façon à permettre un pré positionnement, avant la fixation, à l'intérieur du rail devant tous les trous dont la protubérance se loge parfaitement dans le trou fraisé de l'entretoise d'un diamètre identique à celui du rail et venant s'appliquer sur une surface murale ou autre. - elle est réalisée sous forme d'un bloc parallélépipédique rectangle plein. L'invention est décrite selon un mode de réalisation non limitatif en regard des dessins annexés sur lesquels : - La figure 1 représente un rail installé de manière classique sur une 10 paroi pleine. - La figure 2 représente un rail installé de manière classique sur une paroi creuse. - La figure 3 représente le rail, équipé d'une entretoise selon l'invention, en attente. 15 - La figure 4 représente l'entretoise vue de dessus. - La figure 5 représente en coupe l'entretoise positionnée à l'intérieur du rail. - La figure 6 représente l'entretoise en position dans le rail. En référence à ces dessins le dispositif selon l'invention est composé principalement 20 d'une pièce (1) formant entretoise de compensation venant s'installer dans un rail. Sur la figure 1 on a représenté le rail (3) appliqué sur une paroi pleine (4). Lorsque la cheville (6) est installée dans la paroi, il suffit effectivement d'appliquer le rail (3), dont le trou (8) est pré percé, devant la cheville (6) et de visser la vis (5). A défaut de contre appui, la cheville (6) est aspirée dans le creux du rail (3) perdant ainsi une 25 très grande partie de son efficacité. Sur la figure 2 on a représenté un rail (3) appliqué cette fois sur une paroi creuse (9).
