Abstract

The device has a rectangular pivoting platform body (22) pivotally assembled around a transversal clevis pin (Y) connected to a fixed portion of a fixed floor pan (8) behind a foldable rear seat (10). The body is subjected to an action of an elastic unit (24) e.g. elastic hiking strap, whose side (24A) is assembled on a tab (26) of an anchoring point located on a surface of the body with respect to a backrest (12) of the seat. Another side (24B) of the elastic unit is assembled on another anchoring point (32) located on the portion of the floor pan on which the clevis pin is assembled.

La publication DE10261399 propose un agencement dans lequel un plateau articulé sur le plancher fixe est maintenu contre le dossier de manière à suivre le mouvement de ce dernier et obtenir un plancher continu lorsque le dossier est rabattu. Cependant, un tel agencement nécessite un mécanisme de rappel permettant de maintenir le plateau contre le dossier, constitué de ressorts 20 lourds et complexe à mettre en oeuvre. Le but de l'invention est donc de proposer un dispositif de plancher mobile d'un véhicule automobile comprenant un mécanisme de rappel amélioré.
