Abstract

The strainer has a set of orifices (3) on upper surfaces (2) of the strainer, where the orifices have different shapes. A rim (4) includes two keyways (5) on its internal surface. The number of pins and their location on the internal surface of the rim is based on the number of keyways (7) situated on a rim (8) of a jar (6). The upper surface comprising the orifices makes an integrated part of the strainer. The orifices permit to remove the food contained in the jar.

La présente invention consiste à concevoir un dispositif permettant au consommateur d'égoutter et éventuellement rincer les denrées alimentaires contenues dans les bocaux alimentaires appertisés ( légumes, fruits et produits de la mer ...). Traditionnellement, pour égoutter les aliments contenus dans un bocal alimentaire, le consommateur utilise généralement une passoire tel qu' un ustensile de cuisine. En pratique, le consommateur prépare préalablement la passoire au fond de 1' évier, renverse ensuite le contenu du bocal au fond de la passoire et procède ainsi à l'égouttement. Une fois les aliments égouttés, le consommateur rince éventuellement les aliments à l'eau du robinet et les transvase ensuite dans un récipient prêt à les recueillir.
