Abstract

The head-rest (1) has an armature (2) integrated to a structural plate (3). The plate has a front face covered with a textile or leather based extendable covering layer (4). The periphery of the layer is associated to the periphery of the plate by wedges (5) of the plate. The wedges are placed in the periphery of the covering layer and oriented towards the rear of the plate. A flexible material layer is interposed between the plate and covering layer.
