La présente invention concerne un support pour élément de construction, un ensemble comprenant un tel support et un tel élément de construction, ainsi qu'un procédé de montage de cet ensemble. L'élément de construction au sens de l'invention se présente généralement sous forme d'une plaque, à savoir que son épaisseur est nettement inférieure à ses deux autres dimensions. Selon d'autres caractéristiques : - le support est réalisé en un matériau moulable, notamment en une matière plastique ; - le support comprend plusieurs éléments unitaires, dont chacun se compose d'une portion de tablier et d'au moins un pied, ainsi que différents organes de raccordement permettant la liaison entre au moins deux de ces éléments unitaires ; - il est prévu des moyens de fixation des pieds sur la surface nue de la pièce équipée ; - il est prévu des moyens de solidarisation du tablier par rapport à l'élément de construction ; - les moyens de solidarisation comprennent au moins une nervure, formant guide, prévue sur le tablier, qui est propre à coopérer avec au moins une paroi de l'élément de construction ; - le tablier est creusé de lumières de passage de certains au moins des éléments tubulaires vers le volume intérieur de l'élément de construction. L'invention a également pour objet un ensemble comprenant un support tel que ci-dessus, ainsi qu'un élément de construction solidarisé sur ce support. L'invention a enfin pour objet un procédé de montage de l'ensemble ci-dessus, dans lequel : - on fixe les pieds sur la surface nue de la pièce à équiper, - on solidarise l'élément de construction par rapport au support, - on fait passer les éléments tubulaires dans l'espace libre ainsi défini, et - on coule une chape, de façon à noyer cet ensemble et ces éléments tubulaires. Cet élément de construction, représenté plus particulièrement sur les figures 1 et 4, est par exemple une cloison de type PLACOPLATRE, destinée à séparer deux pièces d'habitation. Il peut également s'agir d'un complexe de doublage , destiné à isoler une pièce d'habitation par rapport à l'extérieur. L'invention trouve son application à des éléments de construction d'épaisseur quelconque, ainsi que de conceptions diverses. Chaque élément unitaire 6 comprend une portion du tablier 2, ainsi qu'un pied 4 dans l'exemple illustré. On peut cependant faire appel à deux ou plusieurs pieds 4, pour chaque élément unitaire 6. Les organes de raccordement, de type éclisse, sont susceptibles de présenter différentes formes. On retrouve tout d'abord un organe 81, permettant de relier deux éléments unitaires l'un derrière l'autre, un organe 82 en forme de coin, permettant de raccorder deux éléments unitaires formant un angle droit, un organe 83 permettant de raccorder trois éléments unitaires formant un T, ainsi qu'un organe 84 permettant de raccorder quatre éléments unitaires définissant une croix. Faire appel à ces éléments unitaires et à ces organes de raccordement est avantageux, en termes de modularité. Le support 1 est avantageusement réalisé en un matériau moulable, en particulier en une matière plastique telle que du polypropylène. A titre de variante, on peut prévoir de réaliser ce support en d'autres matériaux, à savoir notamment en métal ou aluminium. Le tablier 2 est pourvu de deux rebords d'extrémité 10, destinés à coiffer le bord inférieur 102 de la cloison 100. La fixation de cette cloison est complétée par deux nervures longitudinales 11, formant guides, qui sont prévues à la surface supérieure du tablier 2. Ces nervures 11 sont propres à venir en appui contre la face intérieure des plaques de la cloison 100. Le tablier est en outre creusé de lumières 12, permettant le passage d'éléments tubulaires comme cela sera décrit plus en détail dans ce qui suit. Enfin, les pieds 4 sont équipés d'une embase 14, permettant leur fixation sur une dalle. A cet effet, cette embase 14 est percé d'orifices 16, destinés au passage de moyens de fixation appropriés. Le montage de l'ensemble décrit ci-dessus, comprenant le support 1 et la cloison 100, va maintenant être explicité dans ce qui suit. On fixe tout d'abord l'embase 14 des pieds 4 sur la surface libre d'une dalle nue 200, illustrée schématiquement sur la figure 1 et plus particulièrement visible sur la figure 4. La fixation de ces pieds est opérée par exemple par vissage. Puis, on solidarise la cloison 100 par rapport au support 1, en emboîtant le bord inférieur 102 dans le volume de réception défini par les rebord 10 et en plaçant les guides 11 contre les parois intérieures de la cloison.
