Abstract

ARRIERE PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUE Actuellement, la pose de liteaux est effectuée en traçant, aux extrémités de la toiture, à l'aide d'un mètre et d'un crayon, des repères entre lesquels sera tendu un cordon imprégné d'un produit de marquage destiné à générer une ligne servant de guide de pose. Une telle technique, entièrement manuelle, présente les inconvénients suivants : - risque d'erreur lié aux mesures manuelles répétitives ; - lenteur de mise en oeuvre. RESUME DE L'INVENTION L'invention vise à réaliser un gabarit d'aide à la pose de liteaux qui a pour but de supprimer lesdits inconvénients.  The INVENTION The present invention relates to a template for assisting the installation of battens on roof capable of respecting the parallelism and the distance to exist between two consecutive battens. A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un gabarit qui se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il est constitué : a) de deux traverses aptes à être disposées entre deux liteaux consécutifs, en appui sur ces derniers, et à définir le parallélisme et l'espacement devant exister entre eux ; b) d'au moins deux moyens aptes à être disposés entre lesdites deux traverses, en prise avec ces dernières, et à régler ledit parallélisme et ledit espacement. Selon des particularités de réalisation de l'invention : - chaque moyen de réglage est constitué de deux éléments télescopiques mâle et femelle destinés à régler plus particulièrement ledit espacement ; - chaque élément télescopique mâle comporte des repères uniformément répartis par rapport à l'extrémité libre dudit élément mâle destinés à régler plus particulièrement ledit parallélisme ; - chaque moyen de réglage comporte un dispositif apte à bloquer, dans la position désirée, les éléments télescopiques mâle et femelle entre eux. Ainsi réalisé et préparé, le gabarit selon l'invention est réglé pour la pose de tous les liteaux destinés à une toiture donnée. La technique utilisée est la suivante : a) pose d'un liteau de référence en bordure de l'élément de toiture à recouvrir ; b) positionnement d'une traverse du gabarit contre ledit liteau de référence ; c) positionnement d'un liteau intermédiaire contre l'autre traverse du gabarit et fixation de celui-ci sur son support ; d) positionnement d'une traverse du gabarit contre ledit liteau intermédiaire ; e) positionnement d'un autre liteau intermédiaire contre l'autre traverse du gabarit et fixation de celui-ci sur son support ; f) répétition des opération d) et e) autant de fois que nécessaire. PRESENTATION DES FIGURES Les caractéristiques et les avantages de l'invention vont apparaître plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'au moins un mode de réalisation préféré de celle-ci donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif et représenté au dessin annexé (figure unique). DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION Le gabarit représenté est constitué : a) de deux traverses (11) et (12) aptes à être disposées entre deux liteaux (21) et (22) consécutifs, en appui sur ces derniers, et à définir le parallélisme et l'espacement devant exister entre eux ; b) d'au moins deux moyens (30) aptes à être disposés entre lesdites deux traverses, en prise avec ces dernières, et à régler ledit parallélisme et ledit espacement. Selon des particularités de réalisation dudit gabarit : - chaque moyen de réglage (30) peut : .. être constitué de deux éléments télescopiques mâle (31) et femelle (32) ; .. comporter un dispositif (33), du type vis et écrou ou à bride, apte à bloquer, dans la position désirée, les éléments télescopiques mâle (31) et femelle (32) entre eux. - chaque élément télescopique mâle (31) peut comporter des repères (34) uniformément répartis par rapport à l'extrémité libre dudit élément mâle ; - chaque élément télescopique femelle (32) peut comporter une poignée de préhension (35).
