Abstract

Une machine rotative électrique à onduleur intégré est proposée dans laquelle chaque dispositif de commutation d'un onduleur et les câblage d'alimentation et câblage de commande pour connecter ceux-ci peuvent être hautement protégés électriquement et mécaniquement tandis que la propriété de refroidissement des dispositifs de commutation peut être améliorée. Les flux d'air de refroidissement introduits depuis des trous d'aspiration de flux d'air de refroidissement dans une paroi d'extrémité d'un carter d'onduleur s'écoulent simultanément en parallèle depuis les trous d'aspiration de flux d'air de refroidissement sur les côtés interne et externe dans la direction radiale. Les flux d'air de refroidissement pénètrent ensuite dans un dispositif onduleur dans une direction axiale par l'intermédiaire d'un passage d'air de refroidissement circonférentiel externe formé par une partie de plaque latérale circonférentielle externe et une circonférence interne du carter d'onduleur et un passage d'air de refroidissement circonférentiel interne formé entre une partie de plaque latérale circonférentielle interne et un couvercle entourant un arbre rotatif. Les flux d'air de refroidissement sont ensuite conduits dans un boîtier de moteur depuis un trou d'aspiration de flux d'air de refroidissement du boîtier.
