Abstract

The device has an articulation articulating a trunk door on a motor vehicle structure. Le but de la présente invention est de proposer une articulation pour une porte de coffre qui facilite le collage de la lunette sur la structure d'un véhicule automobile. Un charnon mobile 2 est articulé au niveau de cet axe permanent X et comporte un bras coudé 3 qui comporte une portion courbe 31 prolongée par une portion rectiligne 32. Le bras coudé 3 est articulé en rotation autour de l'axe permanent X au niveau de l'extrémité libre de la portion courbe 31. La portion rectiligne 32 comporte une patte d'accrochage 4 de la porte de coffre. La patte d'accrochage 4 comporte une zone de fixation 41 sur laquelle est fixée la porte de coffre 6. La patte d'accrochage 4 est montée mobile en rotation à l'extrémité libre de la portion rectiligne 32 du bras 3, autour d'un axe provisoire M, parallèle à l'axe permanent X et qui, comme il le sera plus amplement expliqué ultérieurement, sert uniquement au montage de la lunette arrière. REVENDICATIONS 1. Dispositif de fixation et d'articulation d'une porte de coffre (6) sur la structure d'un véhicule automobile, facilitant le collage de la lunette arrière (8) sur la structure d'un véhicule automobile et comprenant : -une structure de véhicule automobile qui comprend une traverse inférieure (7) de lunette, - une porte de coffre (6); et - une articulation de ladite porte de coffre (6) sur ladite structure qui comprend au moins un charnon fixe (1), solidaire de ladite structure et au moins un charnon mobile (2), monté pivotant sur ledit charnon fixe (1) au niveau d'un axe permanent (X), transversal audit charnon fixe (1), ledit charnon mobile (2) comportant une patte d'accrochage (4), solidaire de ladite porte de coffre (6), moyennant quoi ladite porte de coffre (6) peut pivoter entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, caractérisé en ce que ladite patte d'accrochage (4) est montée pivotante sur ledit charnon mobile (2) au niveau d'un axe provisoire (M), sensiblement parallèle audit axe permanent (X), et en ce que ledit dispositif comporte des moyens de blocage (42 ; 51 ; 52, 53) en rotation de ladite patte d'accrochage (4) autour dudit axe provisoire (M).  1. Device for fixing and articulation of a trunk door (6) on the structure of a motor vehicle, facilitating the bonding of the rear window (8) to the structure of a motor vehicle and comprising: motor vehicle structure which comprises a lower crossbar (7) of a window, - a trunk door (6); and - an articulation of said trunk door (6) on said structure which comprises at least one fixed knuckle (1), integral with said structure and at least one movable knuckle (2), pivotally mounted on said fixed knuckle (1) at level of a permanent axis (X), transverse to said fixed knuckle (1), said movable knuckle (2) having a latching lug (4), integral with said trunk door (6), whereby said trunk door (6) can pivot between a closed position and an open position, characterized in that said latching lug (4) is pivotally mounted on said movable knuckle (2) at a provisional axis (M) substantially parallel to said permanent axis (X), and in that said device comprises locking means (42; 51; 52, 53) in rotation of said latching lug (4) about said provisional axis (M). 2. Device for fixing and articulation according to claim 1, characterized in that said locking means in rotation of said latching lug comprise a locking portion (42). which substantially extends said latching lug (4) and which is provided with a first perforation (51), a second perforation (52) disposed on said movable knuckle (2), said first perforation (51) being able to be placed opposite said second perforation (52) and means for securing said locking portion (42) to said movable knuckle (2) which cooperates with said first and second perforations (51; 52). 3. Articulation pour la fixation de la porte de coffre d'un véhicule automobile sur la structure de ce dernier, comportant au moins un charron fixe (1) apte à être fixé sur la structure d'un véhicule automobile et au moins un charnon mobile (2), monté pivotant sur ledit charnon fixe (1) au niveau d'un axe permanent (X), ledit charnon mobile (2) comportant une patte d'accrochage (4) pour la fixation de la porte de coffre d'un véhicule automobile, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte d'accrochage (4) est montée articulée sur ledit charnon mobile (2), au niveau d'un axe provisoire (M), sensiblement parallèle audit axe permanent (X) et en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de blocage (42 ; 51 ; 52) en rotation de ladite patte d'accrochage (4) autour dudit axe provisoire (M) qui bloquent ladite patte d'accrochage (4) sur ledit charnon mobile (2) sans gêner le mouvement de ladite articulation autour dudit axe permanent (X).  5. Articulation for fixing the boot door of a motor vehicle on the structure of the latter, comprising at least one fixed wheelwright (1) adapted to be fixed on the structure of a motor vehicle and at least one movable knuckle (2), pivotally mounted on said fixed knuckle (1) at a permanent axis (X), said movable knuckle (2) having a hooking lug (4) for fixing the trunk door of a motor vehicle, characterized in that said hooking lug (4) is articulated on said movable knuckle (2), at a provisional axis (M), substantially parallel to said permanent axis (X) and in that it comprises locking means (42; 51; 52) in rotation of said latching lug (4) around said provisional axis (M) which block said latching lug (4) on said movable knuckle (2) without interfering the movement of said hinge about said permanent axis (X). 6. Procédé de collage de la lunette arrière (8) d'un véhicule sur la traverse inférieure (7) de la structure d'un véhicule, ledit véhicule comportant une porte decoffre (6) fixée sur ladite structure par une articulation permettant le pivotement de ladite porte de coffre (6) autour d'un axe permanent (X), entre une position ouverte, et une position fermée, ladite articulation comportant un charnon fixe (1) solidaire de ladite structure et un charnon mobile (2) qui comporte une patte d'accrochage (4) sur laquelle est fixée ladite porte de coffre (6), ladite patte d'accrochage (4) étant montée mobile en rotation sur ledit charnon mobile (2), autour d'un axe provisoire (M) sensiblement parallèle audit axe permanent (X) et comprenant des moyens de fixation (42 ; 51 ; 52) de ladite patte d'accrochage (4) sur ledit charnon mobile (2), caractérisé en ce que : - on fait pivoter ladite porte de coffre (6) autour dudit axe permanent (X) de manière à l'amener dans ladite position ouverte ; - on fait pivoter ladite patte d'accrochage (4) autour dudit axe provisoire (M) de manière à éloigner ladite porte de coffre (6) de ladite traverse inférieure (7) ; - on colle une lunette (8) sur ladite traverse inférieure (7) en insérant ladite lunette (8) entre ladite porte de coffre (6) et ladite traverse inférieure (7) ; - on fait pivoter ladite porte de coffre (6) autour dudit axe provisoire (M) vers ledit charnon fixe (2); et - on fixe ladite patte d'accrochage (4) sur ledit charnon mobile (2).  9. A method of bonding the rear window (8) of a vehicle to the lower cross member (7) of the structure of a vehicle, said vehicle having a door (6) fixed on said structure by a pivoting joint of said trunk door (6) around a permanent axis (X), between an open position and a closed position, said articulation comprising a fixed knuckle (1) integral with said structure and a movable knuckle (2) which comprises an attachment lug (4) on which said trunk door (6) is fixed, said latching lug (4) being rotatably mounted on said movable knuckle (2), around a provisional axis (M) substantially parallel to said permanent axis (X) and comprising fixing means (42; 51; 52) of said latching lug (4) on said movable knuckle (2), characterized in that: - said door is pivoted chest (6) about said permanent axis (X) so as to bring it into said position opened ; - pivoting said latching lug (4) about said temporary axis (M) so as to move said trunk door (6) away from said lower crossbar (7); - Glue a bezel (8) on said lower cross member (7) by inserting said bezel (8) between said trunk door (6) and said lower cross member (7); - said trunk door (6) is rotated about said provisional axis (M) towards said fixed knuckle (2); and - fixing said hooking tab (4) on said movable knuckle (2).
