ETAT DE L'ART La demande de brevet FR 0509672 du même inventeur propose un nouveau type de fixations pour snowboard, caractérisé en ce que la fixation est unilatérale et munie d'un dispositif de réglage à double glissière. Les moyens d'accrochage de la chaussure, de verrouillage de l'accrochage, de serrage de la position sont disposés d'un seul coté de la chaussure. Les moyens de réglage en angle et position de la chaussure sur le snowboard sont constitués deux glissières serrées par un boulon à serrage rapide par levier à came excentrique, la glissière inférieure étant solidaire du snowboard, la supérieure solidaire des moyens d'accrochage. Les avancées apportées par ce type de fixations en termes de facilité de chaussage, de facilité de réglage, de précision et de puissance des appuis sont considérables. Malgré ses qualités techniques, ce dispositif fonctionne uniquement en combinaison avec des chaussures équipées de moyens d'accrochage spécifiques et ne permet pas l'utilisation de chaussures non spécifiques sans modification préalable. D'autre part, l'apparence non conventionnelle dudit dispositif, notamment l'absence de sangles ou gouttières de retenue de la chaussure et en particulier de "spoiler", c'est à dire de gouttière arrière, représente un frein à sa commercialisation dans un marché particulièrement sensible aux modes et à l'aspect extérieur des produits. EXPOSÉ DE L'INVENTION La présente invention a pour but de rendre possible l'utilisation de chaussures non spécifiques dans un tel dispositif, modifié de manière à adopter une 35 apparence conventionnelle.
