Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un véhicule comportant une vitre et un percuteur de vitre.
Un tel véhicule est connu par exemple par les documents JP8164809 et DE4016612 dans lequel le percuteur est actionné pour percuter la vitre et la briser en cas d'urgence.
L'invention vise à améliorer un tel véhicule, en particulier l'utilisation d'un tel percuteur.
L'invention a pour objet un véhicule qui comporte une vitre et un percuteur de vitre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe à protéger, ledit organe étant situé à proximité de la vitre et du percuteur de telle manière qu'en cas de déplacement accidentel de la vitre vers l'organe lors d'un choc, le percuteur soit adapté à entrer en contact avec la vitre et à briser au moins partiellement la vitre avant son contact avec l'organe.
Avantageusement, le percuteur est adapté à éviter la détérioration d'un organe susceptible d'être endommagé par la vitre dans le cas d'un déplacement accidentel de la vitre vers l'organe lors d'un choc.
L'organe peut être une serrure.
L'organe peut être une serrure montée dans un caisson de carrosserie dans lequel la vitre est susceptible de descendre entre une position haute de fermeture et une position basse d'ouverture, le percuteur étant monté dans le caisson de telle manière qu'il puisse agir sur la vitre quand elle est descendue en face de la serrure.
Le percuteur peut comporter une embase de fixation et un fût muni d'une tête d'impact à son extrémité libre.
Le percuteur et la vitre peuvent être montés dans un caisson de carrosserie du véhicule, le percuteur étant monté dans le caisson perpendiculairement à la vitre.
Le déplacement de la vitre peut être provoqué par le déplacement accidentel d'un panneau du caisson soumis au choc.
Le caisson peut être un caisson de porte, l'organe étant un organe de commande de verrouillage et déverrouillage de la porte.
Le percuteur peut être adapté à briser localement la vitre en face de l'organe.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront clairement à la lecture de la description suivante du mode de réalisation non limitatif de celle-ci, en liaison avec les dessins annexés sur lesquels : - la figure 1 est une section d'une partie de véhicule selon l'invention en condition normale d'utilisation, - la figure 2 est une section d'une partie de véhicule selon l'invention en condition d'utilisation lors d'un choc tel qu'un accident.
Dans la description qui va suivre, la direction désignée L est la direction longitudinale correspondant à l'axe d'avancement d'un véhicule, la direction désignée T est transversale, la direction désignée V est verticale. L'axe L est orienté de l'avant vers l'arrière du véhicule, l'axe T de la gauche vers la droite et l'axe V du bas vers le haut.
Traditionnellement, un véhicule automobile est équipé de vitres montées dans un caisson de carrosserie.
Dans l'exemple représenté de l'invention, le caisson 10 est un caisson de porte et la vitre 12 est une vitre latérale montée mobile dans la porte entre une position haute de fermeture et une position basse d'ouverture d'une fenêtre de la porte.
La vitre est susceptible de descendre entre la position haute de fermeture et la position basse d'ouverture.
Une serrure 14 est fixée sur la tranche 16 du caisson 10 de porte, entre un panneau extérieur 18 et un panneau intérieur 20.
La serrure 14 constitue un organe de commande de la porte car elle autorise ou interdit l'ouverture de la porte par rapport à un montant 24 de la carrosserie sur lequel est montée une gâche non représentée. Un pêne de la serrure est soit verrouillé soit déverrouillé sur la gâche, la commande étant effectuée par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'un câble 22 de commande.
Afin de conserver la possibilité d'ouverture de la porte, la serrure 14 doit être protégée pour être préservée, en particulier lors d'un choc tel qu'un accident.
Lors d'un tel choc, le panneau 18 subit l'action d'une force F entraînant sa déformation accidentelle. La déformation du panneau 18 entraîne un déplacement accidentel de la vitre 12 vers l'intérieur du véhicule, en direction de la serrure 14.
Dans un exemple de réalisation de véhicule selon l'invention, une portion avant 14A de la serrure 14 est située en regard de la vitre quand cette dernière est en position descendue, par exemple au-delà d'une position à mi course entre la position haute et la position basse.
La serrure 14 est située à proximité de la vitre 12 en position descendue, par exemple à trois centimètres selon la direction transversale T.
Pour assurer la préservation de la serrure 14 lors du déplacement accidentel de la vitre 12, la serrure 14 est située à proximité d'un percuteur 30, par exemple à un centimètre selon la direction transversale T. Le percuteur 30 comporte une embase 32 de fixation sur le panneau 20 du caisson 10. Sensiblement perpendiculairement au panneau 20 et à la vitre 12, le percuteur 30 comporte un fût cylindrique 34 muni d'une tête d'impact 36 à son extrémité libre.
Lors du déplacement accidentel de la vitre 12 vers la serrure 14 lors du choc (figure 2), la tête d'impact 36 du percuteur 30 est adapté à entrer en contact avec la vitre 12 et à briser au moins partiellement la vitre avant son contact avec la serrure 12. La vitre 12 n'entre pas en contact avec la serrure 14 qui est ainsi préservée d'une éventuelle détérioration. Le percuteur 30 brise par exemple localement la vitre 12 en face de la serrure.
Dans l'exemple décrit, le percuteur 30 est monté dans le caisson 10 de telle manière qu'il puisse agir sur la vitre 12 quand elle est descendue en face de la serrure, et non quand celle-ci est fermée. Le percuteur 30 ne détériore donc pas la vitre 12 quand celle-ci est en position haute, au bénéfice des coûts de réparation pour la plupart des chocs latéraux intervenus vitre fermée.
Avantageusement, l'invention permet, en cas de choc latéral, de ne remplacer que la vitre, au lieu de remplacer aussi la serrure et la gâche. Le montant 24 associé à la gâche n'est pas non plus détérioré.

In the following description, the designated direction L is the longitudinal direction corresponding to the axis of advance of a vehicle, the designated direction T is transverse, the direction designated V is vertical. The L axis is oriented from front to rear of the vehicle, the T axis from left to right and the V axis from bottom to top.
Traditionally, a motor vehicle is equipped with windows mounted in a body box.
In the illustrated example of the invention, the box 10 is a door box and the window 12 is a side window mounted movably in the door between a high closing position and a low opening position of a window of the door. door.
The window is likely to descend between the upper closed position and the lower open position.
A lock 14 is fixed on the edge 16 of the door casing 10, between an outer panel 18 and an inner panel 20.
The lock 14 is a control member of the door because it allows or prohibits the opening of the door relative to a post 24 of the body on which is mounted a striker not shown. A bolt of the lock is either locked or unlocked on the striker, the control being performed for example by means of a control cable 22.
In order to preserve the possibility of opening the door, the lock 14 must be protected to be preserved, in particular during an impact such as an accident.
During such an impact, the panel 18 undergoes the action of a force F causing its accidental deformation. The deformation of the panel 18 causes an accidental displacement of the window 12 towards the interior of the vehicle, in the direction of the lock 14.
In an exemplary embodiment of the vehicle according to the invention, a front portion 14A of the lock 14 is located opposite the window when the latter is in the lowered position, for example beyond a position midway between the position high and low position.
The lock 14 is located near the window 12 in the lowered position, for example three centimeters in the transverse direction T.
To ensure the preservation of the lock 14 during the accidental movement of the window 12, the lock 14 is located near a striker 30, for example to one centimeter in the transverse direction T. The striker 30 has a base 32 for fixing on the panel 20 of the box 10. Significantly perpendicular to the panel 20 and the window 12, the striker 30 comprises a cylindrical shaft 34 provided with an impact head 36 at its free end.
During the accidental displacement of the window 12 towards the lock 14 during the impact (FIG. 2), the impact head 36 of the striker 30 is adapted to come into contact with the window 12 and to at least partially break the window before its contact. with the lock 12. The window 12 does not come into contact with the lock 14 which is thus preserved from possible deterioration. The striker 30 for example locally breaks the window 12 in front of the lock.
In the example described, the striker 30 is mounted in the box 10 so that it can act on the window 12 when it is lowered in front of the lock, and not when it is closed. The striker 30 therefore does not deteriorate the window 12 when it is in the upper position, the benefit of the repair costs for most of the side impacts occurred closed window.
Advantageously, the invention makes it possible, in the event of a side impact, to replace only the window, instead of also replacing the lock and the striker. The amount 24 associated with the waste is also not deteriorated.
