La présente invention concerne un support d'étiquette d'identification pour dossier suspendu, ainsi qu'un dossier suspendu pourvu d'un tel support d'étiquette.
Il est connu de classer des documents dans un jeu de dossiers suspendus, dont chacun est pourvu d'une étiquette permettant d'identifier rapidement son contenu. Cette étiquette d'identification est généralement montée dans un support équipant le dossier correspondant. Dans FR-2 747 963 est décrit un tel support qui comporte un corps et un élément transparent. Le corps est monté sur un dossier suspendu et porte l'élément transparent, qui délimite une cavité allongée de réception de l'étiquette d'identification.
L'insertion de l'étiquette d'identification dans la cavité allongée de l'élément transparent se fait par une extrémité de cette cavité et n'est pas aisée à réaliser. En particulier, l'étiquette d'identification a tendance à se plier lors de son insertion. Une fois en place, cette étiquette d'identification peut également être fastidieuse à retirer, notamment lorsqu'elle ne dépasse pas à l'extérieur de l'élément transparent.
L'invention a donc au moins pour but de faciliter l'installation d'une étiquette d'identification dans un support pour dossier suspendu et/ou son retrait de ce support.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un support d'étiquette d'identification pour dossier suspendu, ce support comportant un corps destiné à être monté sur le dossier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un volet transparent déplaçable autour d'un axe entre une première position, de retenue d'une étiquette d'identification entre ce volet et une surface du corps, et une deuxième position dans laquelle le volet est à l'écart de cette surface du corps.
Selon d'autres caractéristiques avantageuses de ce support d'étiquette d'identification : - une charnière articule le volet transparent au corps ; - le volet transparent est rapporté sur le corps, ladite charnière comprenant deux gonds dont chacun pénètre dans un logement complémentaire ; - le volet est venue de matière avec le corps, ladite charnière étant formée par au moins un pont de matière à même d'être plié et reliant le volet au corps ; - le volet et le corps font partie d'une pièce moulée par bi-injection de telle manière que le volet soit fait d'une matière plastique transparente et que le corps soit fait d'une matière plastique ayant un aspect différent de celui de la matière plastique du volet ; - le volet est déformable autour dudit axe entre les première et deuxième positions ;- le volet est une bande élastique tendant à revenir d'elle même dans la première position, lorsqu'elle en est écartée ; - au moins une partie d'un bord du volet est adaptée pour maintenir ce volet dans la première position par frottement sur le corps ; - il comporte au moins un clip de maintien du volet dans la première position ; - le volet est allongé selon une direction parallèle audit axe ; - à chaque extrémité du volet qui est allongé, le corps définit une butée pour l'étiquette d'identification.
L'invention a également pour objet un dossier suspendu caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un support d'étiquette tel que défini ci-dessus.
L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple et faite en se référant aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels : la figure 1 est une vue partielle, en perspective, d'un dossier suspendu conforme à l'invention et comportant un support d'étiquette selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ; - la figure 2 est une vue éclatée, en perspective, du support visible à la figure 1 et d'une étiquette qu'il renferme ; - la figure 3 est une vue en perspective du support de la figure 2 placé dans une configuration telle qu'on peut y installer une étiquette d'identification ; - la figure 4 est une vue éclatée, en perspective, d'un support d'étiquette selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention ;- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective du support de la figure 4 placé dans une configuration telle qu'on peut y placer une étiquette d'identification ; - la figure 6 est une vue de devant, en élévation, d'un support d'étiquette selon un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention ; - la figure 7 est une coupe selon la ligne VIIVII de la figure 6 ; et - la figure 8 est une vue analogue à la figure 7 et représente le support de cette figure 7 renfermant une étiquette.
Le dossier suspendu représenté à la figure 1 comprend deux baguettes rigides 1, une feuille de carton 2 et un support 3 dans lequel est montée une étiquette d'identification 4. Des crochets 5, destinés à être en appui sur des rails horizontaux non représentés, équipent les extrémités des barrettes rigides 1 qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par la feuille de carton 2. Cette dernière forme les flancs 6 et le fond, non représenté, du dossier suspendu. Un corps 8 du support 3 est fixé par collage, rivetage ou par tout autre moyen approprié sur un flanc 6, dont il recouvre partiellement l'un des bords verticaux puisque, dans l'exemple représenté, le dossier suspendu est plus particulièrement destiné à être installé dans une armoire. Un volet transparent et rigide 9 du support 3 est monté à basculement sur ce corps 8.
Le support 3 est globalement symétrique par rapport à un plan P. De manière connue, son corps 8 délimite des trous 10 formant les parties femelles de deux dispositifs de mise en continu de dossiers adjacents, du type bouton pression, dont les parties mâles se trouvent sur un autre dossier suspendu non représenté et qui permettent d'unir ce dernier au dossier représenté à la figure 1. Le bord distal du corps 8 présente la forme d'une surface d'affichage 11 contre laquelle est destinée à être appliquée l'étiquette 4. Le corps 8 définit deux protubérances 12 dont chacune est disposée à une extrémité de la surface 11. Chaque protubérance 12 est en saillie par rapport à la surface 11 et forme une butée pour l'étiquette d'identification 4.Deux logement cylindriques et creux 13 en. regard, dont un seul est visible à la figure 2, sont percés dans les protubérances 12 et centrés sur un axe X-X' de basculement du volet transparent 9.
Chaque extrémité du volet 9 est pourvue de l'un de deux gonds 14, qui sont complémentaires des logements 13, dirigés dans deux directions opposées et centrés sur l'axe de basculement X-X' une fois le corps 8 et le volet 9 assemblés.
La face externe 15 du volet 9 est pour l'essentiel convexe, afin que ce volet 9 forme une loupe destinée à faciliter la lecture des inscriptions portées par l'étiquette d'identification 4.
La référence 16 désigne les parties du bord du volet 9 qui se trouvent aux extrémités de ce volet 9.
Le corps 8 et le volet 9 peuvent, par exemple, être réalisés en polyéthylène. Ils peuvent également être réalisés en tout autre matériau approprié tel que le polystyrène ou le copolymère acrylonitrile butadiène styrène (ABS).
L'assemblage du corps 8 et du volet 9 consiste à introduire chaque gond 14 dans un des logements 13, après quoi le support 3 est tel qu'illustré aux figures 1 et 3. En d'autres termes, les gonds 14 et les logements 13 forment une charnière de montage à basculement du volet 9 sur le corps 8.
Sur la figure 3, le volet 9 a été basculé à l'écart de la surface 11, qui est de ce fait accessible. Il est alors aisé d'installer une étiquette 4 dans le support 3. Pour ce faire, on place cette étiquette 4 sur la surface 11, puis on rabat le volet 9 sur l'étiquette 4 dans le sens de la flèche F1 à la figure 3.
Pour retirer l'étiquette d'identification 4, on applique la procédure inverse de celle qui vient d'être décrite en faisant tout d'abord basculer le volet 9 dans le sens inverse de la flèche F1.
Sur la figure 1, le corps 8 et le volet 9 retiennent et serrent entre eux une étiquette d'identification 4 installée dans le support 3. Le volet 9 est maintenu en position rabattue contre l'étiquette 4 par frottement des parties 16 de son bord sur les protubérances 12, lesquelles bloquent l'étiquette 4 dans deux directions opposées, parallèles à l'axe de basculement X-X'.
Un support 103 selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention est représenté aux figures 4 et 5. Dans ce qui suit, on ne décrit que ce qui le distingue du support représenté aux figures 1 à 3. En outre, une référence utilisée pour désigner ci-après une partie du support 103 semblable ou équivalente à une partie référencée du support 3 est obtenue en augmentant de 100 la référence repérant cette partie sur le support 3.
Le volet transparent 109 du support 103 n'est pas rigide mais élastiquement déformable, puisqu'il est constitué par une bande élastique. Pour le montage de ce volet 109, le corps 108 ne délimite pas des trous 13 mais une fente 113 qui borde la surface 111, au niveau d'un grand côté de celle-ci. Un bord longitudinal 117 du volet 109 est inséré et fixé par collage ou tout autre moyen dans la fente 113 qui s'étend selon un axe Y-Y'. Du fait de ses propriétés élastiques, le volet 109 tend à se rabattre et s'appliquer de lui-même contre la surface 111.
Le volet 109 peut être réalisé en tout matériau approprié, par exemple en copolymère styrène acrylonitrile (SAN) .
Pour installer une étiquette 4 dans le support 103, on commence par déplacer le volet 109 autour de l'axe Y-Y', à l'écart de la surface 111, en courbant élastiquement ce volet 109 comme représenté par la flèche F2 à la figure 5.
Ensuite, tandis qu'on maintient le volet 109 à l'écart de la surface 111, par exemple avec un doigt D, comme illustré à la figure 5, on place l'étiquette d'identification 4 sur la surface 111. Enfin, on relâche le volet 109 qui se rabat de lui-même sur l'étiquette 4. Comme dans le cas du support 3, des frottements entre les portions 116 du bord du volet 109 et les protubérances 112 contribuent au maintien du volet 109 dans sa position rabattue.
Un support 203 selon un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention est représenté aux figures 6 à 8. Dans ce qui suit, on ne décrit que ce qui le distingue du support 3. En outre, une référence utilisée pour désigner ci-après une partie du support 203 semblable ou équivalente à une partie référencée du support 3 est obtenue en augmentant de 200 la référence repérant cette partie sur le support 3.
Le volet transparent 209 et le corps 208 sont venus de matière et forment donc une pièce d'un seul tenant. Cette pièce est moulée par bi-injection d'une matière plastique transparente et d'une matière plastique opaque et colorée. Cela est effectué de telle manière que le volet 209 est fait de matière plastique transparente et que le corps 208 est fait de matière plastique colorée et opaque, dont la composition chimique peut être globalement identique à celle de la matière plastique transparente.
Comme dans le support 3, une charnière d'axe X-X articule le volet 209 au corps 208. Toutefois, cette charnière ne comporte pas de gonds 14, ni de logements 13, mais elle est constituée de ponts de matière 218, qui relient le volet 209 au corps 208 et qui, dans l'exemple représenté, sont au nombre de deux.
Des moyens de maintien du volet 209 en position de retenue d'une étiquette comprennent un clip 219 et une saillie complémentaire 220. Le clip 219 est formé par une nervure recourbée, qui équipe le volet 209, au niveau de son bord libre et longitudinal. La saillie 220 est définie par le corps 208, dans un renfoncement 221 ménagé au niveau d'un des bords longitudinaux de la surface d'affichage 211.
Sur la figure 7, le volet 209 est à l'écart de la surface d'affichage 211. Lorsqu'on rabat ce volet 209 vers la surface d'affichage 211, c'est-à-dire dans le sens indiqué par la flèche F1 à la figure 7, un pli longitudinal 222 se forme dans chaque pont 218. Pour franchir la saillie 220, le clip 219 se déforme élastiquement. Sur la figure 8, il est en prise sur cette saillie 220 et maintient de ce fait le volet 209 en position de retenue d'une étiquette 4.
L'invention ne se limite pas aux modes de réalisation décrits précédemment. En particulier, un support d'étiquette conforme à l'invention peut être conçu de manière à pouvoir être monté non pas au niveau d'un bord vertical de la feuille en carton 2 d'un dossier suspendu pour armoire, mais au niveau d'un des bords horizontaux et supérieurs de la feuille en carton 2 d'un dossier suspendu pour tiroir.
De plus, un support d'étiquette conforme à l'invention peut combiner des caractéristiques de plusieurs des supports 3, 103 et 203.The present invention relates to an identification tag holder for hanging file, and a hanging file provided with such a label holder.

The suspended file represented in FIG. 1 comprises two rigid rods 1, a cardboard sheet 2 and a support 3 in which an identification tag 4 is mounted. Hooks 5, designed to bear on horizontal rails that are not shown, equip the ends of the rigid bars 1 which are connected to each other by the cardboard sheet 2. The latter forms the sides 6 and the bottom, not shown, of the suspended file. A body 8 of the support 3 is fixed by gluing, riveting or by any other appropriate means on a flank 6, of which it partially overlaps one of the vertical edges since, in the example shown, the suspended file is more particularly intended to be installed in a cabinet. A transparent and rigid shutter 9 of the support 3 is mounted to tilt on this body 8.
The support 3 is generally symmetrical with respect to a plane P. In a known manner, its body 8 defines holes 10 forming the female portions of two adjacent file-keeping devices, of the push-button type, whose male parts are located on another suspended file not shown and which unite the latter to the folder shown in Figure 1. The distal edge of the body 8 has the form of a display surface 11 against which is intended to be applied the label 4. The body 8 defines two protuberances 12 each of which is disposed at one end of the surface 11. Each protrusion 12 protrudes from the surface 11 and forms a stop for the identification label 4.Two cylindrical housing and hollow 13 in. 1, are visible in FIG. 2, are pierced in the protuberances 12 and centered on an axis XX 'of tilting of the transparent shutter 9.
Each end of the flap 9 is provided with one of two hinges 14, which are complementary to the housing 13, directed in two opposite directions and centered on the tilting axis XX 'once the body 8 and the flap 9 assembled.
The outer face 15 of the flap 9 is essentially convex, so that the flap 9 forms a magnifying glass intended to facilitate the reading of the inscriptions carried by the identification tag 4.
The reference 16 designates the parts of the edge of the flap 9 which are at the ends of this flap 9.
The body 8 and the flap 9 may, for example, be made of polyethylene. They can also be made of any other suitable material such as polystyrene or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS).
The assembly of the body 8 and the flap 9 consists of introducing each hinge 14 into one of the housings 13, after which the support 3 is as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3. In other words, the hinges 14 and the housings 13 form a tilting mounting hinge of the flap 9 on the body 8.
In Figure 3, the flap 9 has been tilted away from the surface 11, which is therefore accessible. It is then easy to install a label 4 in the support 3. To do this, we place this label 4 on the surface 11, then we fold the flap 9 on the label 4 in the direction of the arrow F1 in the figure 3.
To remove the identification tag 4, the reverse procedure of the one just described is applied by first switching the flap 9 in the opposite direction of the arrow F1.
In FIG. 1, the body 8 and the shutter 9 retain and clamp together an identification tag 4 installed in the support 3. The shutter 9 is held in the folded position against the label 4 by friction of the parts 16 of its edge. on the protuberances 12, which block the label 4 in two opposite directions, parallel to the tilting axis X-X '.
A support 103 according to a second embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In what follows, only that which distinguishes it from the support represented in FIGS. 1 to 3 is described. In addition, a reference used to hereinafter denote a part of the support 103 similar or equivalent to a referenced part of the support 3 is obtained by increasing by 100 the reference identifying this part on the support 3.
The transparent flap 109 of the support 103 is not rigid but elastically deformable, since it consists of an elastic band. For the mounting of this flap 109, the body 108 does not delimit holes 13 but a slot 113 which borders the surface 111, at a large side thereof. A longitudinal edge 117 of the flap 109 is inserted and fixed by gluing or any other means in the slot 113 which extends along an axis YY '. Due to its elastic properties, the flap 109 tends to fall back and apply itself against the surface 111.
The flap 109 may be made of any suitable material, for example styrene acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN).
To install a label 4 in the support 103, we first move the flap 109 around the Y-axis Y ', away from the surface 111, by elastically bending the flap 109 as represented by the arrow F2 to the figure 5.
Then, while the flap 109 is held away from the surface 111, for example with a finger D, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the identification tag 4 is placed on the surface 111. Finally, release the shutter 109 which folds itself on the label 4. As in the case of the support 3, friction between the portions 116 of the edge of the flap 109 and the protuberances 112 contribute to maintaining the flap 109 in its folded position .
A support 203 according to a third embodiment of the invention is represented in FIGS. 6 to 8. In what follows, only that which distinguishes it from the support 3 is described. In addition, a reference used here to designate a part of the support 203 similar or equivalent to a referenced part of the support 3 is obtained by increasing the reference 200 identifying this part on the support 3.
The transparent flap 209 and the body 208 are made of material and therefore form a single piece. This piece is molded by bi-injection of a transparent plastic material and an opaque plastic material and colored. This is done in such a way that the flap 209 is made of transparent plastic material and the body 208 is made of colored and opaque plastic material, the chemical composition of which may be substantially identical to that of the transparent plastic material.
As in the support 3, a hinge of axis XX articulates the shutter 209 to the body 208. However, this hinge does not have hinges 14 or housing 13, but it consists of material bridges 218, which connect the shutter 209 to the body 208 and which, in the example shown, are two in number.
Means for holding the flap 209 in the retaining position of a label comprise a clip 219 and a complementary projection 220. The clip 219 is formed by a curved rib, which equips the flap 209, at its free and longitudinal edge. The projection 220 is defined by the body 208, in a recess 221 formed at one of the longitudinal edges of the display surface 211.
In FIG. 7, the flap 209 is away from the display surface 211. When this flap 209 is folded towards the display surface 211, that is to say in the direction indicated by the arrow F1 in Figure 7, a longitudinal fold 222 is formed in each bridge 218. To cross the projection 220, the clip 219 is deformed elastically. In FIG. 8, it is engaged on this projection 220 and thereby maintains the flap 209 in the retaining position of a label 4.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. In particular, a label holder according to the invention can be designed so that it can be mounted not at a vertical edge of the cardboard sheet 2 of a hanging file for a cabinet, but at the level of one of the horizontal and top edges of the cardboard sheet 2 of a hanging file for drawer.
In addition, a label carrier according to the invention can combine characteristics of several of the supports 3, 103 and 203.
