Abstract

L'invention concerne une dalle de faux plafond de tout type de dimension, en matériaux composite et platre, constitué d'une âme en résine de mélamine présenté sous forme de mousse souple thermodurcissable de la famille des aminoplastes, prise en sandwich entre une plaque de stratifié micro perforée et une plaque de platre.L'invention a pour but d'offrir une réponse aux problèmes de pulvérulences, et a l'inconfort des matériaux fibreux en plafonds aujourd'hui utilisés tout en maintenant les propriétés techniques en matières, d'acoustique, requises pour ce type d'application.L'invention remplie également une fonction esthétique ainsi qu'une maintenance aisée associée a une grande perénitée.L'invention est destinée aux marchés de la construction neuve comme a la réhabilitation dans le tertiaire, le commerce, le collectif.

La présente invention concerne un matériau, dalle de faux plafond applicable à tous les environnements du bâtiment. Afin de palier aux carences actuelles du marché, majoritairement constitué de dalles de faux plafond fibreux ou pulvérulent, la présente dalle de faux plafond (dalle de faux plafond propre) est constituée d'une âme en mousse souple de résine mélamine thermodurcissable de la famille des aminoplastes prise en sandwich entre deux plaques dont une est un stratifiés hpl (haute pression lamifiés) micro perforées, l'autre etant une plaque de platre, l'ensemble pouvant être mis en oeuvre sur des ossatures classiques de types T24/T25 ou tous autres types d'ossatures apparentes ou cachées courantes disponibles dans le commerce. Suivant le type d'ossature retenue la dalle de faux plafond sera ou posée (ossature apparente) ou encliquetée (ossature cachée ou semi-cachée).
Caractéristiques techniques : Format de la dalle en centimètres : 60x 60/60x 120/67.5 x 67. 5/135x60/135x 67.5 ou tout autre multiples pouvant atteindre jusqu'à 5m2 Ame : mousse en résine de mélamine thermodurcissable de la famille des aminoplastes de différentes épaisseurs déterminées en fonction des performances acoustiques souhaitées.
Densité de l'âme : 11 kg/m3 Qualité : Ml/Fl Face : stratifiés hpl répondant à la norme EN 438/1 Epaisseur entre : 8/lOéme et 12/10 émede centimètres.
Qualité : Ml/Fl Face décor : résine mélamine Face arrière : plaque de platre variant de 6 à 15 millimétres, suivant le coefficient isolement acoustique souhaitée.
La face décor sera micro perforée entre 12 % et 30% de la surface de la dalle afin de permettre à la mousse de remplir sa fonction d'absorbtion acoustique.
L'ensemble est collé avec une colle spéciale pulvérisée en tunnel et mis sous pression.
Le matériau inventé est fabriqué en usine (sous avis technique du CSTB), et conditionné suivant les règles du marché.
La mise en oeuvre de la dalle faux plafond se fera conformément au DTU faux plafond. les dalles peuvent être posées soit : directement sur des profils en T où fineline (S) (en apparent), soit encliquetées (en semi-cachée ou en cachée), dans ce cas une feuillure sera réalisée dans l'âme sur toute sa périphérie afin de recevoir une fausse languette, ou similaire, pour assurer le maintient entre les dalles. La dalle de faux plafond pourra dans les deux cas de montage recevoir tout type de système d'éclairage, terminaux de climatisation, détection incendie, suivant découpe adaptée à l'aide de matériel électro portatif classique de type scie cloche où scie à decouper. La dalle portera la marque deposée Straphon (R) ? 01 3084018.

Claims (6)

  1. REVENDICATIONS 1) Dalle de faux plafond composite comprenant une âme en mousse de résine mélamine thermodurcissable de la famille des aminoplastes, prise en sandwich entre une plaque de stratifiés decorative et micro perforée et une plaque de plâtre assurant une fonction d'isolation acoustique par sa masse.
  2. 2) Dalle de faux plafond composite selon La revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'âme étant constituée de mousse de densité 11KgIM3 absorbe les sons passés par la micro perforation.
  3. 3) Dalle de faux plafond composite selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisées en ce que l'âme a sur toute sa périphérie une feuillure afin de recevoir ou pas une fausse languette, ou similaire, pour assurer le maintient entre les dalles qui seront encliquetées sur une ossature cachée ou semi-cachée.
  4. 4) Dalle de faux plafond composite selon l'une des revendications précédentes caracérisées en ce que l'ensemble peut se poser sur des ossatures classiques de types T24/T25, ou tout autres types d'ossatures apparentes disponibles dans le commerce.
  5. 5) Dalle de faux plafond composite selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisées en ce que l'ensemble des matières premières est assemblé en usine avec une colle pulvérisée puis mis en pression.
  6. 6) Dalle de faux plafond composite selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisées en ce que la surface décorative est perforée entre 12% et 30% suivant la qualité acoustique souhaitée.
