Dispositif amortisseur à limite surcharge pour support de câble aérien, destiné à être inséré entre la balancelle la chape du support fixé sur le poteau pour assurer la suspension de câbles aeriens isolés, qu'ils soient électriques ou téléphoniques, en contrôlant les contraintes mécaniques dues aux intempéries, caractérisé en ce que qu'il est constitué d'une chape (7) comportant deux demi-crochets (8, 9) articulés chacun sur un (14) et agencés pour maintenir, en position de repos, la balancelle portant le câble aérien (1), une tige (12), solidaire du support (4, 5, 6) fixé au poteau, permettant de déverrouiller lesdits demi-crochets pour leur permettre de s'ouvrir en pivotant sur leurs axes (14) et de libérer la balancelle (2) et le câble aérien lorsque l'effort subi par ledit câble dépasse un seuil déterminé et produit sur cette tige une traction suffisante pour comprimer un ressort taré (17) maintenant le système verrouillé au repos. 2 . Dispositif selon la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que le ressort taré (17) assure le verrouillage des deux demi-crochets (8, 9) en appuyant sur une plaque percée (18) mobile sur les bords de laquelle viennent buter des épaulements prévus sur la partie supérieure des deux demi-crochets, ladite plaque percée étant entraînée par la tige (12) lorsqu'elle subit une traction suffisante pour comprimer le ressort taré (17). 3 . Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait qu'il est solidarisé avec la chape (3) du support de câble aérien (1) par une embase (10) comportant un axe (11) fixée sur la tige (12), ladite tige comportant une plaque circulaire (16) fixée à son extrémité inférieure et coulissant dans une cavité cylindrique (13) formée par les deux demi-crochets (8, 9). 4 . Dispositif selon la revendication se caractérisant par le fait qu'un ressort d'amortissement (15), prenant appui sur plaque circulaire (16) permet au câble aérien (1) une certaine liberté de mouvement dans le sens vertical en fonction sollicitations mécaniques extérieures tout en assurant un amortissement des contraintes. 5 .
