The method for making a heat insulation tile for a building roof involves forming double walled tiles in terra cotta. An opening can be provided in the tile, which can be connected to a heating or cooling fluid circuit.

Description

CLIMATISATION INTEGRALE, CALORIFIQUE ET
FRIGORIFIQUE, INTERIEURE ET EXTERIEURE
PAR ELECTRICITE, ET CELLE DE LA TOITURE.
FULL AIR CONDITIONING, CALORIFIC AND
REFRIGERATED, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR
BY ELECTRICITY, AND THAT OF THE ROOF.

Description:! A full air conditioning by electricity concerns the exterior facades and gables, the interior with roof spaces and cellars. The roof being part of a different treatment. This full air conditioning can be applied to any structure and construction material: shuttered concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, cut stone, and wood for the pavilion and barracks 1. The roof - this is a device allowing insulation of the
roof in terracotta tiles that differ from existing materials
on the market, such as flat, convex or concave tiles,
effective performance is limited, insulation by under
roof also remaining ineffective.

The roofing device consists of prefabricating into molds
suitable double wall tiles, containing foam
polyurethane (conductivity 0.025-0.029) with stationary air space
(0.023), the hot air being exhausted through an orifice located in the part
bottom of the lined tile. The tiles are shaped like boxes
rectangular or square. The dimension being free is given here at
indicative title. The two side walls with the cover and the base,
form a box that contains a second inside.

The space between the two boxes is filled with polyurethane foam.

Fig. 1, de mme la partie arrière
Fig. la.
The tiles have side walls of different height, so
that one is superimposed on the other. Fig. 1, as well as the rear part
has a recessed projection to receive the tile of the rear row,
by overlay. Fig. the.

Fig. 2,3
2. Exterior facades and gables - exterior cladding includes
free-standing terracotta or plaster box elements
containing a second interior structure with foam
polyurethane or GLASS wool, a network of conducting wires
transmitting calories or frigories produced on site membership
on the wall (concrete, concrete block or wood), is done by mortar. Fig. 2.3
The role of the median cavity is to absorb the overshoots of
desired temperature and reject the surpluses through the evacuation orifice,
instituting thermal regulation.

Fig 4.
If the first part, that of the roof is no problem,
that of the second part of the exterior cladding with elements
caissons, pose that of! security related to electricity. A device
refrigerant and calorifier at will is installed with a network of wires
penetrating the middle cavity without spreading outside - the goal
sought after being that of obtaining an insulating screen. We can add or
extract a cladding element by cutting the electric current
momentarily and add the new additional item by pressing
simply on the junction ring. Fig 4.

Fig. 5.
The thermal bridge formed by the presence of windows is exceeded by
double glazing in a drum or basket. Fig. 5. This air conditioning
thermal from the outside can also play a role in insulation
phonic, by the choice of materials.

3. Indoor air conditioning is based on the principle of floors
heated. Elements attached to the interior walls carry
electrical wires propagating calories and frigories by elements
juxtaposed connected together by the junctional rings, each
element remaining autonomous from the rest while being part of
all. We can extract or join new elements according to
the configuration of the architect's plans, the elements being autonomous
and of various dimensions. The thermal bridge being eliminated by the
double glazing structure Fig. 3 and 4.

4. The differently dimensioned elements are prefabricated, ready for
use, sold commercially.

A thermostat allows you to regulate the desired temperature.

The current is low voltage regulated by professionals.

7. These elements are interdependent, but autonomous and
freestanding, with a blanket spread on the walls
of the frame, external face or internal face. This one being taken into
sandwich between the two: outside and inside. It facilitates
extension or removal of these items as required which
can vary from one day to another, the transformations being done quickly on the field. The role of external insulation is to serve as a screen.
