Abstract

The invention concerns an anatomical and physiological insole which, by its particular shape, plays an active part on the user and his feet while he is walking or running. This sock lining or insole is characterised in that it consists of three flexible damping pads (1, 2, 3) in its lower part (6) and its globally convex upper part (7) follows the three axes of the foot (A, B, C) corresponding to the arches: Internal (I) External (E) and Transversal (T).
