Abstract

The stand has a floor (1) supporting rows of seats (2). The floor is supported by a frame consisting of beams (4) and cross pieces. The stand has hinged sections. Each section of the stands has a beam (6,10) supporting the floor. The beam is divided into two upper (10) and lower (6) sections which are hinged. Each section forms a polyhedron which can be deformed (6,8,14,16) which contain at least part of the two sections of the beam.
