Abstract

The process is for attaching sheet metal packets to the rotor cover of a hydraulic pump motor which has a block motor (2) with a turbine chamber (1) which has an input (10) and an output (11) for water. The turbine chamber is usually made of plastic and fixed to the block motor via a tightening screw. The block motor has a covered coil (4) attached to the metal packets (stator) and fixed on a cylindrical skirt (7) in which the rotor is free to rotate. The current in the coil creates a magnetic field which causes the rotor to move. The fixed turbine at one end of the shaft rotates and moves the water to the turbine chamber. The rotor/stator coupling requires that the stator (15) be fixed to the body (3) of the motor and be free to rotate without extra pieces. The cylindrical skirt (7) has the rotor into one or two wings (6) bent to the cylinder. The wings have a much greater length than the rotor.
