Abstract

The moulding press according to the invention is of the type comprising a fixed plate (2) and a movable plate (3) carrying, respectively, the two halves (4, 5) of the mould, a bed (8) carrying a jack (13) for opening/closing the mould and guide columns (7) fastened at one end to the fixed plate (2) and on which the movable plate (3) and the bed (8) freely slide, the other end of each of the columns (7) being provided with a piston (10) associated with a cylinder (11) securely attached to the bed (8) in order thus to constitute a hydraulic jack (ram) (12) ensuring both the adjustment of the position of the bed (8) as a function of the thickness of the mould and the high final pressure for locking the mould. It is characterised in that at least one (12a) of the guide-column end jacks includes a cylinder (11a) of greater length making it possible, after detaching the corresponding guide column (7a) from the fixed plate (2), to disengage the said column from the space located between the fixed plate (2) and the movable plate (3) by simple action on the jack (12a).

La présente invention concerne une presse à mouler par injection, du type comprenant, sur un bâti, un plateau fixe et un plateau mobile portant respectivement les deux moitiés du moule, un sommier portant un vérin d'ouverture/fermeture pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture du moule, et des colonnes de guidage fixées à une extrémité au plateau fixe et sur lesquelles coulissent librement le plateau mobile et le sommier, l'autre extrémité de chacune des colonnes de guidage étant pourvue d'un piston associé à un cylindre solidaire du sommier afin de constituer ainsi un vérin hydraulique assurant à la fois le réglage de la position du sommier en fonction de l'épaisseur du moule et la forte pression finale de verrouillage du moule.
