Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-point closure device for a letter-box door (1) mounted such that it pivots on a frame, comprising several fingers (13) cooperating with several cut-outs provided on a casement bolt (10) actuated by a lock (7) mounted on the door (1). The fingers (13) are provided on the upright (3) of the frame distant from the pivoting axis. The casement bolt (10) lodges in a groove (19) open on the pivoting axis side and formed in the door edge distant from the pivoting axis. The casement bolt (10) has a rack cooperating with a pinion (8) mounted on the lock (7).
