Abstract

The invention relates to a regulating process enabling a constant temperature to be maintained in a machine (13) with as fast a reaction time as possible. The cooler is composed of a pump (1) for the machine cooling liquid and of a refrigerating system cooling this liquid. The process operates as follows. Proportionally to the temperature of the liquid as measured by the probe (12), the regulator simultaneously controls the three-way valve (3) modulating the liquid flow rate and the hot gas injection valve (10) modulating the refrigerating power. The valve (4) maintains the minimum flow rate. The valve (5) balances the head losses. The probe (11) limits the exit temperature. The process according to the invention is particularly intended for the coolers of machine tools in the plastics industry.
