Abstract

The invention relates to a double-walled leaktight cover for closing any orifice, for example the run off container of a road tanker, of the type comprising an upper cap 28 and a lower cap 30 forming together a chamber containing a thermally insulated material 36 and provided with peripheral flanges 38, 40 applied onto each other.
