Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for removing the tarpaulin from and replacing the tarpaulin on semitrailers and trailers by rolling the tarpaulin on itself. The invention, with a rotary movement, may either involve effort, electricity, or compressed air. When the tarpaulin 1 is not rolled up (neutral position), the winding device is built into the tarpaulin via a "hem" of 12 cm diameter 1' located in the rear width of the vehicle.
