Abstract

Tipper trailer hitched to the rear of any towing vehicle, intended for the transportation of heavy loads in bulk form over terrain which offers very little support (mud, sand, marsh). This trailer comprises a body 9 made of side panels 14 and 15, of a front panel 16, all reinforced by three horizontal tubular surrounding elements 10, 11 and 12 giving this trailer a special shape so as to lower the centre of gravity of its load as far as possible. This body is supported by a tubular chassis 1 of triangular shape equipped with an underslung axle 5 and with low-pressure wheels 8 of very large dimensions allowing better seating and an easy ride over ground which offers very little support. Tipping takes place with the aid of a dual-action thrust cylinder operating with the hydraulic pump of the towing vehicle.

La présente invention concerne une remorque basculante attelée à
l'arrière d'un véhicule tracteur , et destinée aux transports de lourdes
charnes en vrac ( par exemple : terre , remblai , matériaux de démolition )
dans des terrains ayant très peu de portance ( boue , marécages , sable )
et dont le déchargement se fait par basculement à l'aide d'un vérin double
effet
Actuellement ? les remorques existantes font appel à un entrainement
par essieu moteur hs,/draulique ou mécanique actionné par une prise de force
reliée au véhicule tracteur ; celui-ci devant être obligatoirement équipé
d'une prise de force à avancement proportionnel .Ces bennes basculent à
l'aide de deux vérins hydrauliques simple effet à plusieurs expansions limi
tant ainsi l'angle de basculement dO au positionnement de l'arbre de transmis
sion central de l'essieu moteur . Ces systèmes sont beaucoup plus contrai
quants et onéreux d'une part par leur Entretien et d'autre part par leur
raids mort plus élevé
L'invention a pour objet la réalisation d'une remorque basculante
sans essieu moteur , destinée aux transports en vrac de matériaux lourds
dans des terrains ayant très peu de. portance ( sable , boue , marécages ).

tèle sur tous types de tracteur sans aucune modification et sans surplus
d'accessoires ( prise de force à avancement proportionnel )

La remorque comprend une caisse (9) réalisée en tole de forte épaisseur renforcée par trois ceintures horizontales , tubulaires : ceinture du bas(10), ceinture centrale (11) , ceinture du haut (12) est formée de : - deux panneaux de coté (14) et (15) inclinés suivant un angle compris entre la ceinture (10) et (11) puis suivant un autre anle entre la ceinture (11) et (12)
