Abstract

The invention relates to a closing and metering device allowing, without risk, the continuous flow of a powder or granular product (a liquid in the case of a fluid-tight metering device). It is constituted by a stopper 1 having on its upper surface a pouring spout 2 and an undulating shape 3. It is pierced partly on its lateral face 4 to allow the slider 7 of the metering device 8 a limited rotation of the assembly. In the embodiment shown in Figure II, the stopper 1 comprises in its inside part a rim 9 and a groove 10. The metering assembly 8 is inserted in the stopper 1. In its centre, it has, on its upper and lower faces, an orifice 5 and 6, two rods 11 and 12 and a slider 7. A support 13 also comprises two orifices 14 and 15. The latter is replaced by the support 17 when the jar does not have a concave surface. The support 17 comprises two orifices 18 and 19, and a rim 16. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for preservation applications.
