Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to facilitate location of people lost in the sea. Device composed of a casing 1 opened by unscrewing a stopper 9, then releasing an uninflated balloon 4 which has reflecting outer walls and is provided with four phosphorescent segments 8.
