Abstract

Process for the manufacture of reconstituted limestone from granulates and industrially crushed natural stone powder. This stone reconstituted by manual and mechanical compacting makes it possible to obtain a stone which perfectly imitates natural stone. Optionally, the reconstituted stone may be subjected to an aging treatment. The invention also relates to the manufacture of this stone by liquid and then vibrated casting.

- PLASTIFIANT de 0% à 5% de préférence de I%
Nota : Le pourcentage de l'eau est calculé à partir d'un sable extrémement sec, absent de toute humidité.

Procédé de frabrication
1' originalité du procedé est que l'on obtient à partir d'un malaxeur horizontal ( pour éviter la formation de boules.) un mélange léérement humidifié et facilement compactable. Le fait de comprimer le mélange par damage à l'intérieur des moules, nermet d'obtenir une pierre poreuse imitant parfaitement la véritable pierre, et plus- particuliérement la vieille pierre que l'on peut éventusellement -vieillir artificiellement par un ou bien plusieurs procédés de patine.
