Abstract

4-5-6-9-row front self-propelled endive digger specific for the roots of endives and the like, buried and having a length after harvesting of 15 to 20 cm. By means of its easy handling, it allows an excellent driving control, high digging quality and a high-performance output of dug roots. It is designed with a compact modular frame grouping in a confined and accessible space the accessories necessary for this job specific to the roots of endives and the like: a cleaning system at the exit of the coulters by means of breaking-up drums and a hydraulic system for the feed of the individual motors of each drum. It is intended especially for digging the roots of endives and the like, that is to say those buried in open ground and having a length of 15 to 20 cm after harvesting.

La particularité de cette arracheuse frontale, permet un arrachage dans un semis traditionnel (30à45cm suivant les régions de culture) sans préparation particulière du semis pour passage des pneumatiques avant. The particularity of this front harvester, allows uprooting in a traditional sowing (30 to 45cm depending on the growing regions) without special preparation of the sowing for passage of the front tires.
