Abstract

The invention relates to a method permitting the taking of photographs with high magnification, or even macrography, macrocinematography or even macrovideo. The method uses a device in which a ring 2 is fixed, generally by screwing, to an objective 18 of long focal length, while the ring 3 receives, in reverse mounting, an objective of short or medium focal length. The part 4 can be a spacer intended to permit the insertion of a filter or of another accessory, the component 5 then acting as a mask/shutter. The method permits all the adjustments provided by the case 17 and the objective 18 to be preserved. Since its diaphragm is opened to the maximum, the reversed objective 19 can be used for adjusting the depth of field with the objective 18. The method according to the invention is particularly intended for taking photographs with high magnification.
