Abstract

Lift for many-shelved baking oven using the work table of the oven as the trolley moving vertically in front of the oven and acting as a support for a horizontally-moving trolley carrying the oven loading machine.

L'enfournement des fours de boulangerie à étages s'effectue au moyen d'un appareil enfourneur sur lequel le boulanger dispose les pâtons à cuire. The baking ovens for baking floors is done by means of an oven on which the baker has the dough to bake.
