Abstract

The invention relates to the holding in place of a blind roller which rests on two bearings at its ends. When such a roller 2 is long, it may possibly bend and an intermediate support is placed below. The support according to the invention comprises a cradle 1 with a concavity in the form of an arc of a circle of at most 180 DEG and a clip-on stop 23. Thus, the roller 2 may be directly placed on the cradle 1 and the stop 23 is then placed in the active position above the roller 2, in order to prevent it from accidentally being lifted, in particular under the effect of wind gusts.
