IL EST CONSTITUE PAR LES PROPORTIONS DES AGENTS TENSIOACTIFS ANIONIQUES, NON IONIQUES ET CATIONIQUES, COMBINES AVEC LES AGENTS STABILISANTS DU PARFUM ET CONSERVATEURS POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL ET ALCOOL ISOPROPYLIQUE. IL EST DESTINE A OBTENIR UN ASSOUPLISSEUR CONCENTRE POUVANT ETRE DILUE AU MOMENT DE L'EMPLOI EN PROPORTION DE 1 VOLUME DE PRODUIT POUR TROIS VOLUMES D'EAU DE VILLE.

Description

L'objet de l'invention concerne un produit assouplissant pour textiles.
Il est destiné à obtenir un assouplisseur concentré pouvant être dilué au moment de l'emploi en proportion de 1 volume de produit pour trois volumes d'eau de ville.
Il est connu d'utiliser des agents adoucissants pour tissus, mais qui perdaient leur efficacité suivant la température de l'eau utilisée pour la dilution et qui ne présentaient pas les avantages d'agents adoucissants mixtes.
Le produit suivant l'invention supprime ces inconvénients et permet d'obtenir un produit actif, assouplissant pour textile, éliminant la rugosité et la rigidité des fibres diverses constituant les trames et chaines des tissus.
11 est constitué par les proportions des agents tensio actifs anioniques, non ioniques et cationiques, combinés avec les agents stabilisants du parfum et conservateurs polyéthylène glycol et alcool isopropylique.
Suivant un mode de réalisation donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif, d'une des formes de réalisation de l'objet de l ' invention
Le produit est obtenu par le mélange des agents ciaprès dans les proportions indiquées, à savoir
Tensio-actif anionique de ............ 0,40 à 1 %
Tensio-actif non-ionique de 4 1,50 à 3 %
Tensio-actif cationique de 0 2, 502,50 à 5 %
Parfumes de 0,05 à 0,1 %

Pour 1 'obtention de la solution on met en cuve les 3/4 de la quantité totale d'eau à 35 centigrades environ. On y dissout les tensio-actifs anioniques et non-ioniques, ensuite le stabilisant au parfum, le polyéthylène-glycol et enfin l'alcool isopropylique, le conservateur, le colorant en terminant par la dispersion dans ce mélange du tensio-actif cationique. On termine par l'addition de la quantité d'eau manquante et froide.
Le produit obtenu est transparent. Ce produit est concentré, est conservable et présenté en conditionnement, soit rigide, tels des flacons de verre ou autres, soit souple en résine synthétique.
Ce produit tel qu 'il est préparé constitue un assouplissant concentré pour textiles. Il est destiné à être dilué par l'utilisateur au moment de 1 'emploi dans la proportion de 1 volume de produit ajouté à trois volumes d'eau de ville préférentiellement à une température comprise entre 16 et 300 centigrades.

REVENDICATIONS
10 Produit ssouplissant et adoucissant mixte concentré ne subissant pas d'affaiblissement, d'efficacité par le fait de la température de l'eau de dilution représentant trois fois le volume du concentré, se caractérisant par le mélange d 'agents tensio-actifs dans les proportions suivantes; tensio-actif anionique de o,40 à 1 %, tensio-actif non-ionique de 1,50 à 3 %, tensioactif cationique de 2,50 à 5 % avec parfum de 0,05 à 0,1 %.
20 Produit suivant la revendication 1 se caractérisant par le fait qu'à un agent tensio-actif on ajoute un stabilisant du parfum, un conservateur, du polyéthylène glycol, de l'alcool isopropylique dans la proportion de 6 à 15 %.
30 Produit suivant la revendication 1 se caractérisant par le fait que les agents sont dissous dans les 3/4 d'eau portée à 350 environ et qu'il est ajouté 1/4 d i eau froide et de colorant pour compléter le volume.
