Abstract

The arched roller trackways (1) are parallel to each other on massive concrete foundations (2) and rolling beams (4) and a cover (3) are supported on the tracks via bogeys. The bogeys move on friction rollers with concave edges and are retained by reaction rollers, while the connection between the beam and bogey is a ball and socket joint compensating for deviation in parallelism.
