Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a device for adjusting the opening of visors, in particular of integral crash-helmets and the like. The object of the present invention lies in providing a device for adjusting the opening of visors of integral crash-helmets and the like, which device makes it possible to adjust the visor within a certain number of releasably stable intermediate positions, the operation of the visor by one hand being possible. The object is achieved according to the invention by virtue of the fact that in the region of at least one end of the visor (1) the crash-helmet has an element which is intended for releasably locking the same visor (1), is supported in a seat (5) formed in the crash-helmet (3) and can be moved by the action of elastic means in a direction which extends essentially parallel to one of the pins (2). This locking element is suitable for releasably engaging in moulded recesses (10) which are formed on that side of the visor (1) which faces the crash-helmet (3).
