Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un modèle de turbine à pales orientables,dite à double effet,pouvant travailler dans des fluides à vitesse relativement faible,avec un maximum de rendement. The present invention relates to a turbine model with steerable blades, called double-acting, which can work in fluids at relatively low speed, with maximum efficiency.
Cette turbine est destinée à fonctionner dans tous les èlèments fluides ou gazeux animés d'un mouvement rectiligne,et à convertir ce mouvement en énergie mécanique susceptible d'actionner des machines d'utilisation ou de reconvertion. This turbine is intended to operate in all fluid or gaseous elements animated by a rectilinear movement, and to convert this movement into mechanical energy capable of actuating machines for use or conversion.
Jusqu'a présent,ce role était rempli par différents types d(éoliennes,roues å aubes ou à godet,ou turbines dont le rendement demeurait assez faible. La présente turbine à la propriété de voir ses pales s'orienter de telle sorte qu'elles sont en permanence en position de travail.D'autre part,ses pales s'opposent en partie au passage du courant.Ceci a pour effet de convertir directement la vitesse du fluide en pression.Cette pression s'exerce sur la partie retournée de la pale opposee au courant,et provoque un couple de rotation de la pale sur elle même.(fig 5 a et b)

La turbine peut ètre intégrée dans une conduite forcée,ce qui augmente la pression et la vitesse.A noter qu'il est préférablespar un déflecteur,de canaliser le flux vers les pales qui offrent la plus grande incidence.(an bas sur les fig.l et 4)
Elle peut fonctionner dans toute les positions-.En position verticale,les pales peuvent s'orienter à l'aide d'un gouvernail agissant sur le pignon central qui,n'étant pas solidaire de l'axe,agit sur l'orientation relative des pales.Le gouvernail est muni d'un dispositif mécanique ou électrique permettant de faire varier son incidence en cas de surcharge du fluide,ou de l'appareil d'utilisation.The turbine can be integrated in a penstock, which increases the pressure and the speed.
