La présente invention est relative à un procédé d'obtention de carreaux, de tuiles ou de panneaux acoustiques,
revêtus d'une pellicule plastique mince décorative sans défor-
mation.

dans la colonne 1 pour diverses constructions de miroirs de ce genre. L'utilisation d'une construction spéciale à cadre
en combinaison avec une base acoustique et une pellicule mé-
tallisée étirée est également connue.
La présente invention a pour but de procurer un
procédé d'obtention d'un produit pour plafond acoustique, dé-
coratif, muni d'une pellicule plastique mince décorative sans distorsion, procédé qui élimine toute nécessité de prévoir des éléments de support ou un cadre particulier sur lesquels on étire la pellicule pendant la fabrication. Conformément à l'invention, une base acoustique standard est emboutie dans une presse à plateau, par exemple, pour obtenir un cadre de tableau entourant une zone en retrait pressée dans la partie
de base de la presse. Lorsqu'on étire une pellicule décora-

Claims (4)
1. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit décoratif à propriétés acoustiques, caractérisé par le fait que: (a) on emboutit une base à propriétés acoustiques en corncidence avec le dispositif d'emboutissage de façon à former un cadre de tableau embouti qui correspond aux bords de la base et qui entoure une partie en retrait; (b) on tend une pellicule plastique décorative sur le cadre de tableau et on fixe cette pellicule par adhérence aur la bagu à proprî'S a-coustiques; et (c) on soumet le produit ou l'article revêtu de la pellicule à un chauffage pour produire le retrait de cette pellicule et tendre ainsi la pellicule sur le cadre de tableau embouti, sans contact avec la zone ou la partie en retrait, de façon à former une pellicule de revêtement décorative sans déformation.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la pellicule plastique décorative est une pellicule de polyester ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,01 et 0,025 mm et qui subit un retrait compris entre environ 1,5
et 5 Z, lorsqu'on la chauffe à 150'C pendant 3 minutes.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé
par le fait que la pellicule décorative est une pellicule mé-
tallisée.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 2
ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la zone en retrait se trouve à une profondeur d'environ 0,76 mm ou davantage ou au-dessous
du niveau du cadre de tableau embouti.
