Abstract

The contact is housed in a container with at least one wall (2) of dielectric material not wettable by the conductive liq. (1), backed by a metallic layer to which an electrical connection (8) is secured. The dielectric part of this composite wall is pierced by at least one capillary passage (6) so dimensioned that the liq. (1) cannot enter it unless forced by pressure on a flexible membrane (4). Upon release of pressure the liq. leaves the passage (6) and interrupts the contact.
