Abstract
Procédé pour la production d'un mélange homogène essentiellement d'anhydrite et de sulfate de calcium-dihydrate et sous forme d'éléments compactés, d'anhydrite synthétique à particules fines, lors duquel l'anhydrite est amenée à une certaine teneur en eau libre, ce mélange est compacté à forme agglomérée sans addition de liants et après le compactage stocké pour durcissement et les morceaux sont broyés. Le procédé selon l'invention se distingue en ce qu'à l'anhydrite mise à neutre 0,5 à 2,5 % en poids d'activeurs sont ajoutés pour l'absorption d'eau de cristallisation et le durcissement, qu'une teneur en eau libre de 2,0 à 4,5 % en poids est ajustée, qu'un stockage d'au moins 20 heures a lieu, qu'après le stockage un broyage à une granulation de 0 à 16 mm est effectué et que la répartition granulométrique suivante est ajustée : 10 à 40 % en dessous de 0,2 mm, 20 a 45 % de 0,2 à 1 mm, 15 à 40 % de 1 à 3,15 mm et 5 à 30 % de 3,15 à 16 mm maximum, de telle sorte que le mélange homogène granuleux avec 70 à 92 % en poids d'anhydrite synthétique et 8 à 25 % en poids de sulfate de calcium-dihydrate et avec un temps d'épaississement initial inférieur à 12 minutes soit produit.
