Abstract

Préparation de polyamides synthétiques ininflammables convenant au filage. On fait réagir de la mélamine et de l'acide isocyanurique dans un environnement aqueux à la température de formation de l'isocyanurate de mélamine; on obtient une suspension aqueuse d'isocyanurate de mélamine dont la taille maximale des granules ne dépasse pas 2 microns et qui est pratiquement depourvue d'agglomérats; on mélange la suspension la la matière monomère et on polymérise l'ensemble; la présence d'isocyanurate de mélamine permet d'obtenir des fibres et des filés ininflammables en polyamide.
