Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé et une installation d'utilisation des gaz aspirés dans une installation d'agglomération de minerai sur une chaîne sans fin comprenant une zone de chargement, une zone de cuisson et une zone de refroidissement, la zone de cuisson comportant une première partie d'élimination de l'eau et une seconde partie d'achèvement de la cuisson. Selon l'invention, la zone de refroidissement est divisée en au moins deux parties successives et que les gaz aspirés à travers la première partie de la zone de cuisson sont recyclés après élimination des poussières et condensats pour servir au refroidissement de la dernière partie de la zone de refroidissement. L'invention s'applique spécialement aux installations d'agglomération de minerai de fer.
