Abstract

Couche de protection à base de plusieurs zones superposées, formée d'alliages ayant des compositions différentes. Elle comprend au moins deux zones dont celle qui est du côté intérieur, c'est-à-dire la zone 4, 7, 8 placée sur le métal de base 1 devant être protégé, est formée essentiellement d'un alliage de Zr-Cr-Ni et la zone extérieure surjacente est formée de chrome 11, d'un alliage de fer et de chrome 12 ou d'un alliage de Cr-Fe-Ni à forte teneur en chrome. Le choix convenable des composantes et de leur composition crée un mécanisme avantageux de diffusion et de réapprovisionnement de la couche extérieure qui assure la protection contre la corrosion. Application avantageuse aux revêtements des ailettes des turbines à gaz.
