Abstract

a. Appareil résistivimètre destiné à mesurer la résistance superficielle de couches résistives ainsi que la continuité électrique d'une couche résistive recouvrant une structure par rapport à cette structure. b. Il comprend une tête formée d'une électrode cylindrique centrale, d'au moins une électrode annulaire intermédiaire coaxiale à l'électrode centrale et d'une électrode annulaire extérieure coaxiale aux électrodes centrale et intermédiaire et faite d'un matériau souple conducteur ayant son extrémité dépassant légèrement les extrémités des autres électrodes. Il comprend également des moyens d'appliquer, à travers une résistance de charge, une tension alternative entre l'électrode centrale et l'électrode extérieure ou la masse, des moyens de mesurer une première tension recueillie entre deux électrodes et une deuxième tension égale à la composante en phase avec la première tension recueillie aux bornes de la résistance de charge et des moyens de diviser la première tension par la seconde. c. Mesure de la résistance superficielle des couches de résistivité élevée.
