Abstract

L'invention concerne l'obtention, à raide d'une levure, d'éthanol à partir de cellulose ou de sucres. Pour la fermentation du glucose, introduit directement ou obtenu par saccharification de déchets de cellulose à raide de cellulase, on utilise une souche spéciale de levure Candida brassicae. Applications : valorisation de déchets cellulosiques; production d'éthanol; production de protéines nutritives pour l'alimentation des animaux.
