Abstract
Thebottom of the sensor has a shoe (9) resting on a disc (27) and reacting to the passage of a dish touth (28). While the top of the sensor has a cone shape section (13) matching the plunger (16) which is held drown by spring (17) to a pressure do by bold (18). During sudden braking, brake fluid from the master cylinder enter orifice (22) to the lower chamber (21) and through the passage (14) to the upper chamber (24) if the fluid pressure is greater than the spring pressure. This escape of brake fluid unlocks the brake cylinders and re-established vehicle direction control and normal braking pressure.
