Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de détection rapide de bactéries. Cette méthode consiste à mélanger l'échantillon à tester avec un agent producteur d'enzyme 11, puis avec un conjugué fluorescent 14, à former des microbulles 15 dans un support liquide, et à mettre ledit support liquide sous forme de courant et à déplacer le courant par rapport à un détecteur 25 pour détecter la matière fluorescente à l'intérieur des microbulles ainsi que la présence de bactéries dans l'échantillon de liquide. Application à la détection de bactéries coliformes.
